Have self service screens like in airports. Difficult to check in using small screens on cellphones. Staff were amazing and very patient !

Make sure that trucks are ready. My truck was not available at my pickup time. I had to wait around 1hr for the truck.

And taking pictures so the staff dont need to work seems rude. This was a bad corporate level descision. Also, when i changed the time of my rental they changed me from a location i could walk to to one i had to uber to.so this costed more too. What is happening to uhaul?? I used to like the company. The staff at this location was great. Very friendly and helpful, but you dont let the do anything to help other than teach the customer to use the app.
Bruce F.I've been renting for a long time trucks and over the past month the new management made it so difficult and way slower to pick a truck. Customers are doing things twice. When I book I take a picture of the license and card has been on file over a year and they do the whole process like first time renting. Absolutely ridiculous! Customers should do everything in pick up and drop off instead of being served. Employees only hand the keys. If you want more info call me!
BOBAN P.Customer service was ace. The van was in good conditions and drove well, but had a few dents and a scrape. Small stuff. The process for documenting it was pretty straightforward. No complaints there. The check-in process with verification is a little painful, even if you already have a reservation. As a matter of fact, for walk-ins they'll make you go through the whole mobile process and god forbid you don't already have a UHAUL account. Sumo wrestling is a better part time sport. I'll have to do it again shortly and apparently the verification will be a little easier because I did it once already. We'll see…

DOUGLAS P.I followed the prompts to “skip the line and go to the side of the counter to get your keys†after checking in online. There was an employee there without any customers, sitting at a computer and when I asked him for the keys he just pointed me to the back of the line. So I asked the woman who was taking care of the people on line if I had to wait to get the keys (3 people in front of me). She replied “everyone on the line is waiting for keysâ€. They were not they were renting from scratch while I had already done everything myself already. She made me wait for 1 and half way through the next before she gave me the keys. Held me up about 15 mins.
Desiree H.The staff here are a bit overwhelmed. They don't know what they have and what they don't have, and don't tell you unless you know to ask. For instance, I ordered furniture pads for $10. I didn't think to ask if they were in the van, and they didn't think to tell me that they didn't have any. At least I didn't get charged for them.

You need to allow at least an hour for check in as they are very busy but they got it done and they do have good people to guide you through the process. I think U haul corporate management should address issue of additional steps to check in that I was not notified of as it would have made the process quicker.

The person at the desk charged me but did not tell me that I needed to ask the person outside for it. I assumed that it would have been in the truck. When I opened it later I realized it wasn't. I called and was placed on hold. When I returned the truck I asked for reimbursement. I was told that they would and still didn't get it. I am furious and expect better service. I want my money back for this dolly purchase that was not provided.

Storage units were not explained so we didn't realize we had an upper level unit with no way to get our furniture in it. I have only used uhaul a few times but I will never use this location again. Also reps on the chat feature were rude. One rep ended our chat before our conversation had ended.

Taina P.Pre-checkin prior to arrival and lines were long. Checking process took a near 30-minutes. Order for blankets we're not ready which added additional 15 minutes. Unpin return, we (yes our fault) left a decretive pillow in the truck. We tried to call the store, no answer. We called the 800 number which took a near 2-hour wait time, which made us drive back and found it on the concrete ground. No call from staff and no respect to others properly.

And if that wasn't enough, it can't be done without enabling location services on my phone??? Why does a uHaul rental need my phone settings to be changed? It's so absurd! Y'all need to chill out and make this process easier… I'm renting a uHaul for 2 hours, not buying a home.

The gas tank was almost on empty so I put $90 worth of gas in the vehicle to be safe. Pay it forward. Customer support staff was extremely helpful as the U-Haul app was not working so well.

I go out to the parking lot truck isn't there. I come to the store and select another truck and I go to the parking and don't see the truck. Had to go back to the store 3rd time and they got the truck out to the front. Cabin was sandy and dusty everywhere. Had to spend 30 mins with lyzol wipes.

Only one person at the counter on a weekend. Yard attendant scrapped side of truck on yard equipment and then hit a pole when backing up the truck. Very limited customer parking at this location.

I booked online for "Immediate" Access I have not had immediate access yet. Someone has to assist me Every time the last 4 times I was there. Now I'm given a pin number to Access my unit. I first had a pin via online set up. That didn't work. I was given a card. That didn't work. The card was switched. It STILL didn't work. When I left that it was magically working. Returned yesterday and it wasn't accepted. Now I have a pin number again.. when I ask for assistance the staff are not detailed and seems they don't want to help. They are not too friendly nor are there smiles. Everyone spear angry or tired. The ONLY worker who was Awesome and Always smiling , and wear a name tag. is the maintenance worker Gwendolyn who was very helpful assisting me. I nominate her for the BEST employee. I cannot wait till I remove my belongings out of this storage I have to walk up to. It's no telling if I will have access when I arrive. I will Never use the storage online service. Ever. Nor at this facility. I will stick with the truck and motorcycle trailer as I have used in the past. This should be Free use of this storage after booking a truck for 2days and now the ongoing nightmare with this onine storage. I don't know what to expect when I return. I will be sending out a few emails after reading the fine prints this afternoon regarding this Experience. I need to know what am I paying for. And why am I still experiencing an issue which should have immediate access to. It's not being explained nor I being accommodated for this.

For unknown reasons our contract was cancelled and was a nightmare for us. We had to sign up for automatic withdrawal of payments several times. Also, we always had problems accessing our unit via the cryptic sign-in procedures. We always had to ask help at the office. We moved out in frustration.
