We rent trailers all the time in all different locations. Most of the time the trailer we rent is filthy inside. I, mean, I always see the employees cleaning the cabs of the ones you drive, but I never see them cleaning out the back of a trailer. This time, I was so very pleased that the trailer we rented was super clean! Employees were great! Bravo Uhaul

Garnet B.Extremely pissed off is an understatement. Towing a car, the dolly lights need to work. ALL the lights. No running lights caused us to have to stop for the night when we did not plan on it. cost me $120 for the hotel that WILL be reimbursed. This caused an extremely dangerous driving conditions. Call for help and got disconnected after being on hold for an hour. Then a tow guy shows up at 2 am at the hotel, I am not going outside at 2 am in a strange town. This is the worse customer service ever.

Cathy H.Site was busy. I had to wait a little to check in. After hook up, the WiFi would not allow the connection photo to upload and a second employee was needed. Upon drop off there was some waiting to be attended to for disconnecting. All staff I interacted with was friendly. Chona S.Both mirrors on each other truck were not properly maintained because every time I hit a bump the mirror moved plus the sunvisor above the driver side was the wrong sunvisor and it wasn't hooked in so again every time I hit a bump it went out in front of me and I almost got in an accident several different times with this truck, And to take $15 off of my fair in which a deadly accident could've happened is really unacceptable.

One for those who pre-reserved online (and will go quickly) and for those who didn't (and will take a long time)? Trailer had a tire near the end of its life and the floor of the trailer had a big grease spot we had to clean before using. Otherwise, in good condition. Have rented dozens of trailers (and an occasional truck) over the years from U-Haul. I'm a big fan. The only serious complaint is the lack of staffing.

Edwin A.When I left with my first truck the brakes were squeaking extremely loudly, seemed like all the rake material had worn off on the rear brakes. So I got a new truck immediately but that cost me some time and made me late. Secondly I was charged $200 to clean a spill in the back of the truck. That feels a bit excessive to me.

The truck had small a small amount of fuel in it to start, I had to fuel it up immediately.. hence returned it with twice the amount I started with. And at todays price was ridiculous! You charge over a dollar a mile and a charge to rent the truck.. gas should be free or charge more to rent it with unlimited mileage. Maybe next time I'll rent the truck from Home Depot or lowes

The unit is going to be re rented within days and on the website I did not see anything advising I wouldn't be refunded for remaining time. Corporate UHaul is great with customer service but there really should be someone who does quality control checks on independent stores. They will be receiving a review from myself that will reflect the service I received.

For the first time, we used the recommended movers.com to help us. Much to our dismay, the movers in AZ cancelled at 11:00AM. We were charged and additional $140.00 for the last minute replacement. As a company, they are not up to the same standards that U-Haul has. Even though it was their mistake, they made us pay for it. Our hands were tied since we were on a tight schedule. I hear that you are not associated with them, just thought you might want to know about our experience with the first mover group, especially since they didn't show up, we can't put that experience on their website I am told. We have always enjoyed U-Haul and the 26 foot truck was totally awesome, a great drive and a great deal! Thanks to U-Haul for always being there for us and the extremely fair pricing! Therefore i had to call a locksmith for $100. It will teach me to not misplace my key. It would be nice if Uhaul could always keep a duplicate of their clients keys. Everything else good.

Then on 8-1 we get an e-mail saying we are late on our rent and have a $20 late fee, so now I have to send an e-mail, because I can't get through by phone to say again we were out on 7-15. Communication sucked, don't think I would recommend you for storage.
