Nice customer service people.
Debra M.manager refused to help us load car on car dolly. We then left with no light check. There was no wire harness to hook up the lights. had to purchase parts with our own $ to get wire harness just to return the car dolly.

Daniel F.More friendlier when a Customer arrives to pick-up there truck yo rent. Jamie, was more friendlier than the manager. As I was leaving the parking space I had a question for the mgr that was walking with a man to look at other trucks on the lot. I yelled trying to get the mgrs. attention & the man told the nor he ignored me. As I was continuing with backing up he finally approached me and asked what I needed. I asked a question cause I was concerned about the tow button cause I wasn't going to be pulling anything only me moving out of my unit. I never received my copy of the printed statement like Jamie said.

So annoying. I've now been on hold w customer service for 20 mins again and no one is answering.
Jes M.Rental location is understaffed, but they try to help. The after hours return process web site and app could not return my rental, and is very difficult to use. I was unable to complete return without a phone call. 47 minutes hold on phone, and over 30 minutes without a response on “live chatâ€, only to find out I don't have an active rental. I'll look at other options in the future.
Randall B.Online check in gave errors and I had to wait at the counter to get the van I reserved. Was sent numerous links to complete on my phone, some of which the attendant had to manually enter because the online system didn't transfer my pictures. Overall a decent rental but the check-in needs to be improved.

Donald L.Unit was full of roaches but since I was only moving lumber and a refrigerator I accepted the unit. I rented an appliance dolly but there was a utility dolly in the truck which I did not ask for or use. When I returned the truck they tried to charge me for the dolly and stated that a wheel was broken therefore I had used the dolly which I had not. Both of the employees got an attitude about refunding the $7 and when they finally did, they did it with a pissy attitude.

WALTER A.The lady working there was not friendly acting or welcoming but she wasn't outright rude either, when asked about the $50 refund here I was told to call corporate, at this point I'm disappointed with uhaul, and when I asked my friends who had moved at a similar time they all said they had trouble with uhauls service as well, it seems the company is failing at least at the locations I used.
Treyon G.To UHaul in general - when a customer calls to extend the return time, you need to inform them that in addition to the $40/day you will also charge additional “coverageâ€fees. I was not made aware that there would be an additional $28 coverage fee. That is deceptive and unprofessional.

Mike G.The truck was extremely old, excessive fuel consumption, no rear camera or even reverse alarm... The station is all in all very slow, pick up and drop off takes a long time!!! I ordered onlineto drop off at another location. When I picke it up, I was told it's not possible?!? I ordered online and got confirmation about about a furniture dolly, when I picked up the truck, I was told they don't have one, but I could buy one :-(. So not to be recommended.

Dorothy H.Equipment needs to be in better working condition before customer picks it up. We had to try three different trailers before one was good enough. Staff was very polite and apologetic for the extra time spent getting it right.
matt M.I figured out that this drop off point was in a rough part of town, however, the folks that ran this facility were exceptional. They were on top of things and very helpful. I would work with these folks again, in a heart beat!

Re reserved and got a phone call demanding it be returned and would listen to me about the situation. Horrible experience. I hope I am never left with uhaul being my only option ever again.

Richard F.The 20' truck I rented was filthy and smelled as if someone squirted perfume to cover up whatever stench was there so it didn't have to be cleaned. Windshield had so many bug splatters on it, I had to pull over and clean it. Plus, when I got home 5 miles away to load the truck, there was a lock on the door. I had to drive it back, which burned up 10 of my miles. Mark Hartley refused to comp me those miles blaming me for not inspecting the vehicle before leaving. He said he sent me a text informing me I was supposed to do so (The text I didn't know I received until after he told me that). Not sure why I'm responsible for picking up on their mistakes. Piss poor customer service. The downtown branch is far superior, which is why I use them all the time. Unfortunately, they didn't have a one way rental this time.

The truck had a leak inside the unit and giant scrapes down the side with included the bottoms of the truck pulled out and bent. This would be ok except I was charged an addition $45 fee today with no explanation one week after my rental!

bonnie B.Arrived at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. The very nice employee behind the counter could not help me because he had not been trained. With 6 of us lined up at the counter the manager finally arrived about 10 minutes later. The untrained employee attempted to hook up my 5x8 trailer but seemed confused on how to attach the chains. I showed him how it was done since I have rented trailers from U haul before. I also hooked up the lights myself and showed the untrained employee how that was done as well. Overall it was a good experience.
Thomas G.When I told the representative that the gas gage was not what was one paper she said it would be fixed upon return when the truck was returned even thought I showed 2 different reps the pictures with the milage and gage discrepancy I was still charge a 32 dollar fuel charge

Ben L.I reserved the equipment over the phone. Totally professional hassle free. Picked up the equipment hassle free. But when i tried to return it later that day none of the 3 workers there knew how to do a return. One lady told another lady that she had seen how to do it before but she didn't pay attention so she didn't know how. Then they literally asked me how far away i lived if i could just come back the next morning to get my deposit money back because there were no managers there and they didn't know how to do it. I told them no that i was there to check the equipment in and i should get my money now not spend more gas because they didn't know how to do their job and they should call the manager or just give me the cash from the register. They ended up calling and getting it done, but the workers there did not come across as professional or proficient in the least. I give the rating of average because the morning crew was great and the equipment worked, but the closing crew should honestly be replaced in my opinion, retrained at the very least. Trained on how to do their job and trained on customer service in general.

After arriving at 6105 S Peoria there was only one person working with absolutely no knowledge of Uhaul Storage and pocilicies. Was told that they did not honor the free one month rental and was quoted 139.00 for the same Storage room that I had a reservation for at 99.00 per month. After a brief phone call he advised he could Not help me that they did not honor the quote or reservation. I had movers standing by waiting costing me money and the person working with me left me standing there to serve other customers. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE COUSTOMER SREVICE AND I WANT SOMETHING DONE.

They laughed in my face then literally told me that I didn't know "for sure" that they where laughing at me. Concerned about loosing my things or something "happening" to them if I go into greater detail. Spoke to someone at U-Haul which was very nice till she transferred me and I got hung up on... I should have used Penske they where cheaper anyway

Jon V. | Online Move InWhile the location of this storage facility is not ideal, the manager Mark is beyond helpful. I live out of state and I feel so much better knowing Mark is watching over things here. He let me know immediately when someone cut my lock off my unit. He sent me pictures to help me determine if anything had been taken. And he replaced the lock on it for me. All of this was above and beyond and so helpful as I was not in a position to come back to Tulsa at the time. When I did make it back to Tulsa he took the time to walk with me to my unit to double check everything was as it should be. What could have been a nightmare to deal with was much more manageable because of the assistance of the manager Mark.

RHONDA C. | Overall ExperienceMy unit was broken into during business hours and the agent removed my insurance from my reservation without being asked to therefore eliminating them the insurance the agent remembered I should have had and I was told it was an error in their end and it would be corrected only to get a non sympathetic call from the GM telling me there was nothing to be done and it's a loss I have to recover. There's no security no one to run of solicitors sitting around watching you unload. Overall worst experience ever encountered I will not return nor refer anyone to this location.
