Natalie R.They double charge me and the staff could not do nothing. they told me that the next morning the Manager Justin would call me back and I waited until 12pm for a call and no one called me so I went ahead and called him and he had no idea what I was talking about. He was Adamant about them not over charging me and that on his end it showed one charge. I had to leave where I was at to show him my bank statement showing that I was double charge.

DANIEL S.The only problem with renting from Uhual is everything is based on access to technology. That creates inequities for customers who don't have phones, internet, or computers. Yes, there are still people who live without those. You should have an alternative method so you don't exempt people from being able to rent a vehicle just because of a lack of access to technology. Also, to assume people have three phone numbers for references is absurd. We could have just made up numbers. Some people don't have family or friends to just be giving numbers out. Your company needs to rethink how it uses current technological procedure that could literally make someone lose everything just because of technology but have the money and are responsible people. Other than that it was very good.

It's not about the money at all. It's about the principle. Very unhappy with customer service. I waited over an hour and still didn't get through.

Daniel W.The moving help had trouble picking up the ubox. They spent two hours there waiting, and I made two hours phone calls to Uhaul and Moving help. I was put on hold for at least 20min for each cal. It was terrible. Uhaul and Moving Help should substantially improve their communications.

Mayra D.Very loud music in store while finalizing documents. When i got home lights on auto transport were not functioning. Very poooooooor professionalism. Also when i retured auto transporter at the cathedral city location i never once got an email confirmation of any sort the following day. I was the one having to do all the leg work to track down a return confirmation receipt. For future needs i think i will look into other companies that value a customers safety, and return notifications.

MARTINA S.I ordered an open trailer 6x12 & got an enclosed trailer instead, there was only one person at this location trying to help about 5-6 of us ( the person was very good & tried to work fast) not his fault but by the time I waited my turn & we went outside to get trailer it was too late for me to go somewhere else to get an open trailer so I had to take it ... so then I had to make 2 more trips because it was enclosed so then I had to call in for another day of use ... so at the end of our move it cost me triple the amount because I needed another day & two more trips from El Monte to Huntington Beach which In turn cost me more gas so yes overall I had a very bad experience can someone please reduce the amount ? I feel like it was uhauls fault for not taking my order correctly to begin with & then left me with no choice but to take what they had
Ericka V.The only thing that I was not happy with was I was told if I paid for extra insurance at the higher rate it would cover everything ! Only to be told I would have to pay over $200 for the tire that blew out… why pay the extra money when it doesn't cover everything.
david B.Left the van and was told I would receive a email receipt which I was fine with but then reviewed the receipt and realized I was charged 3 gallons of gas when I literally topped it off at the arco around the corner before returning. What a scam to get a few bucks from customers. I'll make sure to take my review to google and Yelp.
