Lindsey P.The drop off of the Ubox went well. The driver was great and tried to help us with the chaos around delivery. We are very disappointed your customer service procedures. The customer can't contact the actual store for help, only service centers. The website is awful, on line chat hung up on me 3 times, could never find or add this order on our account. The Ubox was delivered a day late after confirmation of the prior day delivery. 2 people wasted a day off and had to unload at night when the box finally showed up after many hours of waiting on hold for customer service to find out where the box was. Our drop off driver found out that the delivery driver was out of hours and per DOT couldn't drive any more. Who scheduled that mess? We paid for a service, contracted at date. planned lives around that date and Uhaul failed. I can't even get a detailed bill on our account and I'm not wasting any more hours with your customer service phone system. We have rented many trucks in the last 5 years which went ok. I'm not sure if we'd ever use Ubox again and I will caution my co-workers who are looking for ways to move their college age / young adults. You need to improve your website for the ability to add orders to accounts and access billing. The on line chat needs to wait for customer to hang up. You need better procedures to resolve issues and satisfy customers when things go wrong.

Jessie K.We were given inaccurate information in regards to the pricing of services and money that would be refunded to us for our storage unit prior to renting the truck by an employee, Joel. We structured our move around this information and then were give the same, inaccurate, information by a second employee, Erin, when we called to ask about returning the truck early, but then Erin told us no refund when we got there with the truck. We contacted the customer service line and the store manager, Scott, followed up very timely and stated that he does not deviate from his policy. Their employees gave out the information to us, we structured our entire move around this inaccurate information and were basically told, too bad. We did get a whole $11 back for returning the truck over 24 hours early. We were originally told that we would not have to pay for an entire month for our storage unit, which we didn't expect to be true as the payment had already come out, and that we were taken off of autopay. Then, were told that we would get a refund for half of the month. We were also told that we would get some of our money back for the truck rental as we rented it for 48 hours (7am Saturday to 7am Monday) and Joel called us to ask about picking it up early on Friday night and we did. We returned it around 12:15pm Saturday, so we had it for about 4 hours of our actual reservation time. We've never had this much of an issue with U-Haul before, and this is usually our preferred location. Scott told us that if we needed a storage unit in the future that he would take care of us, but we would not choose to do business with this location in the future.

Told me to pick up the night before my reservation for their convenience and that It wouldn't change my reservation because I needed it from the 25th - the 2nd. Then changed the reservation date so it cost me an extra 2 days rental. Will never go to that location or possibly uhaul again because of that experience.

I tried other places that said they had a 10x20 storage unit and the truck should fit, however that was not the case at all. U-Haul by Fort Drum next to Bradley's the truck fit perfect as you can see in the pictures. The unit was clean and stayed dry as it is elevated from the actual ground. The price was great which included a lock and I setup auto pay, as I received an email every month as a receipt of the automatic payment. Very easy to cancel once I no longer needed the storage facility. Great friendly staff who were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Great place to store vehicles.

I closed it in person on feb. 22nd and was told I would get an email notification of the closed account. Instead on feb. 24th I got charged for the next month. I notified the office and they said it will be refunded but it has not shown up as a credit on my credit card account yet. I will be calling again next week if I don't see the charge taken off.
