Yikes. Very confusing drop off area. An abandoned house on property and run down mobile home. Couldn't find a drop box for keys nor was it clear that the uhaul rental was operated out of a gun and safe business on the property. I had to walk around and find someone .
Sandra G.Arrived with trailer no one on premises. Called phone number. Was told to back into grassy area and unhook and drop myself . I'm a 83 year old female. NO. “ I can't do that send someone to unhook this trailer “ A man did come from I assume building next door and dropped it.
Connie P.I had to scramble and rent a truck from this location after the truck I reserved 6 weeks in advance showed canceled on the computer of the place I requested for pick up. When I logged in to uhaul.com the reservation still showed valid. There was no truck for me. So much for guaranteed reservations.
