Asia G.I am not a fan of text messages on the phone. I have trouble seeing it and would prefer to book a reservation in person. Since I wasn't driving I was confused about whose driver's license they required. No way to ask questions unless I couldn't see the print.
Georgia H.Please have someone from your corporate office contact me to discuss our experience with this rental. We had originally planned to pick it up on Friday at 4 PM and drop it off on Sunday at 4 PM. I called the location as we were coming in from Wichita, and had spoken to someone on the phone, they said they would be no issue if we were running late because they were open until seven and we had a reservation. When we arrived our truck was no longer available. We had to make other plans which really impacted the weekend. Not happy!!! Please let me know what you will be doing in order to rectify this inconvenience.
Clint F.The lady who booked my reservation was nice but I was charged twice on my card for the same reservation. I don't like wasting my time to call in and get this corrected. Takes 1hour out of my day to do that. My time is valuable. Very disappointed.
Malik C.My move was a nightmare. Including I had miss placed the keys for 24 hours. I didn't even use the dolly or blankets till the next to the last day. I did not realize I would be charged each day for them. I was in tears when I saw this invoice. I am back to work and still dealing with this move. I wish there was a way to get a refund on part of these fees charged. Please if someone can help it would truly be appreciated. Gracias

Robert S.You need to fix the U-Haul app to connect to the proper page When attempting to pick up a U-Haul via the mobile app. It does not work. This is the third time I've tried to rent a U-Haul with only the app and not using any personal interaction. I have never been able to get the application to work to pick up my U-Haul.
Mark S.I was unaware that uhaul had trucks that don't have ramps. That was the whole reason I rented this truck and was very disappointed.

They added extra charges for “safe move†without my permission or giving me a chance to decline. Truck was filthy. Upon return, the same inattentiveness. Seems like at least one of the 4-5 people behind counter could acknowledge a paying customer.

When asked if he was going to delete after the transaction, he said no. I had to fill out WAY to much info to rent the thing and as usual, it did not matter. So why ask

Jeff S.I needed after hours support at 10:00 pm for a return and the wait time was terrible to talk with someone. After traveling since 7:00 am, the last thing we wanted was to have trouble turning in our trailer. Our account wasn't showing the rental reservation..... Need more phone operators
KRISTINA S.The workers were rude and barely talked to me while there I got stared at and felt unwanted honesty I spoke w manager told him how uncomfortable I was ,& once I dropped the truck back off I got hit with a cleaning fee from a leaf being left behind a leaf smh , hey talked so crazy to me I then called main office and a Rachel was even more disappointing y'all may need black staff bc so far the ones I ran into I would never rent a truck again

Micah O.Strasser is a good place and the employee that aided us was a huge help. With that said, we had a terrible expierence with UHAUL as our original pickup place at the mailing center did not have the keys for our truck we had reserved earlier that week. They just told us to go to the location on main, where they said that they had to call around to try to find us a truck. We had to downsize from 15 to 10 ft and it took up a huge part of our morning. Don't think ill be using uhaul again
KORA W.The employees are nice but the system seems a bit fiddly for them. It had to be rebooted twice to finally get the reservation entered. Then , I extended the rental, and the location called me telling me I was late, despite the extended reservation.

Customer service was horriable when we picked up the trailer two employees could bearly connect the trailer and it was worse at drop off the employee then said we had to unhook the trailer are selfs if not they "charged a fee" it was so different to the expiernce we had two weeks ago at and actual uhaul place.
ALMA P.When I reserved the van, the person was very helpful and polite. But when I picked it up it was a different person and they were rude and impatient. Not happy with that person at all.

Lucas B.The cab of the truck was not cleaned after the previous user, and there were cigarette ashes and food debris on the dashboard and seats. The cab smelled strongly of cigarettes. The uhaul app also gave me an error message when I tried to check in and verify the current status of there truck (to mark pre-existing damages). The on-site employee was helpful and friendly but was unable to resolve the issue from their end. A Uhaul representative was not able to be reached by phone, so I had to forgo the inspection.

Sat on the phone waiting for a customer service rep for 20 minutes and they didn't answer. Downloaded the app and it didn't help. Finally called the location and they said to come in.

WESLEY G.When I returned the truck I was told they would email me the bill. I called 3 times and still have not got the bill. I asked how much the bill is and was told 124.00. I then looked at what they charged and it was 143.00. they could not figure out the bill and had to call a u haul rep. They have NO idea of what they are doing. DO NOT rent from them! By the way I am still waiting for the bill to be emailed like they said it would be. I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to give my input. They get no stars from me
