There were some setbacks with my order that were out of his control, but the owner was proactive anyway. I would recommend people to rent from here!

evelyn R.The issue was not the location itself but that my pick up location was changed from 10min from my house to 40min the day before the reservation. It was a huge inconvenience as I had scheduled people to help unload my storage unit and had to push everything back.

Herschel C.Had a hard time with the app getting a photo of our driver license. We were told to have tank filled between 7/8 and full. We returned at 7/8 and were then charged by the drop off location another $12.50. That has never happened before and we have rented with UHaul multiple times.
