The interior cabin was not clean from the previous user. I was unable to park the truck where I retrieved it, I had to park in a no parking zone due to the store clerk getting his car washed. The store clerk had no knowledge of the UHaul process, he just told me to look at my email. By far, the worst UHaul experience I've had.

The worst experience ever. Truck was on low gas and the battery was about to die. Also, the cargo was locked and there was no key, I had to drive to the nearest U-Haul dealership to get the lock opened.

Additionally, we had planned to get gas for the truck at the drop off location, but the pumps were not working, causing us to have to get back in the truck and go in search of gas. The employees had little knowledge of U-Haul operations.
Cheyne C.If people rent a Uhaul, they're forced to drive their own personal vehicle to the pickup location, unless there's a third party involved. You can't freaking change the drop off point out of nowhere. That's goofy. How do you expect people to get back to their vehicles, aside from Hiking to it, like their ancestors did???

It could possibly be because that's the only size they had(there were several trucks), but I can honestly say I just didn't do my due diligence. All in all the experience was less stressful than usual. I'd definitely rent from here again, making sure that I communicate exactly what it is I am looking for in person and not just via a website.

Showed up on time for pick up, selected that we were here, and confirmed our truck, and only then did we have to go through an “approval review process†which involved us standing at our phone in the cold for 20 minutes. Asking for multiple pics of our drivers license, asking for multiple alternate contacts, and keeping us waiting for an obnoxious amount of time just to end up declining us without a reason or even an attempt at calling my phone. What's the point of the text box if you don't talk to the customer? Why have my phone number if you don't call me? Why was I even declined?? The online pickup option was a waste of time. Luckily the representative inside made things way easier. Got our truck and everything went smoothly. Online pickup should be the simpler faster option. What a joke.

karen D.Location need to make sure the gas gauges are correct. We had an issue where the system was trying to charge me for a full tank of gas when the last recorded gauge showed held of tank. We got it settled and my receipt showed the correct amount but I think that needs to be paid more attention to. I understand some drop offs are after hours but attendants needs to make sure they are recording correctly, so no mistakes are made. Overall, the experience was excellent!!!
