The manager was rude and the communication was very poor! I could write a list of things, but instead I'll sum it up in two word; new management!

Wesley S.I have rented from this location twice. Both times the truck has not been full of fuel on arrival. Both times I have added fuel before return only to have the clerk say it was not enough and charge me for fuel. I will no longer except a truck that is it full it makes it difficult to guess at what is enough fuel.
Daniel S.When returning the truck by means of the person less turn in, it was difficult because I had no Internet service to be able to do an accurate turn in of the truck. I had to go to a local restaurant so I can get on the Internet to finish my truck return/turn in. The location I dropped off had Internet that was expired and I was unable to get onto their Wi-Fi.
Michael T.I needed a truck in Charlotte but couldn't find one so I located this truck in Gaffney SC. Worked out great. Good selection and really nice people. Be sure to help the renter set the mirrors.

Samuel D.My experience was very good and easy to reserve and return.
David C.I was given the uhaul at half a tank and was told to fill it back up to have a tank. After driving the uhaul about 50 miles, I put about 5 gallons of gas in the truck to get it back to just over half a tank, as I was told to do. I was charged for 5 gallons more of fuel at the end of the transaction, as if I didn't fill the tank enough. Also the website was not working when I rented the truck or when I turned the truck in after hours. The website and contract threaten to fine you if you turn the truck in after hours without a mobile check in, but the website does not work. I tried it on 2 different phones with the location services permission for the website set to "allow" and it wouldn't let me past the first screen. I tried for over 30 minutes before giving up. Please don't threaten to fine customers for not using a website service that doesn't work.

Micah P.This truck shouldn't have been rented. It wasn't checked to make sure it's roadworthy. Apparently the previous renter left the cargo and/or dome light on draining the battery but there was enough juice in the battery for me to get down the road to get started and loaded before it gave out. 3 1/2hrs later it was taken care of. That's when i discovered under load the truck struggled, transmission sticking and slipping. Because of this the truck used over 5 gallons of fuel for around 30 miles.

Barry W.When we picked up the truck it was ready to go. We did have to have the mileage corrected because it was different than what was in the computer. They did have it corrected before we reached out drop off location. When we started loading, the back was still dirty from the previous rental and there were pads and a strap left in the back.

Cathy H.I would like to know why the people where I dropped the trailer off at hit my debit card for & 21 .00 ,My jeep was running hot on the way there I called and told them I needed to stop and put water in it at the car wash they said that's fine. I was 10 minutes late . When I got there , no one was there to help me lift the heavy bastard off the hitch. There was no blocks or nothing to set the trailer tongue on. I had to go dig up a few 2Ã-4 blocks to rest the tongue on and search for scotches to Scotch the wheels with .and I hurt my back, trying to lift the dam thing by myself, after all that they rob me of more money when I paid in full according to my rental agreement when I picked the trailer up . And my wife and I swept and cleaned out the trailer before returning it. And I. Never agreed for anyone to draw off more money from my card that was stealing.

Audrey H.When I went to check the truck that I was assigned I started it to find that the air conditioner was not working. There was no air coming out of the vents at all no matter what I put the settings on so I assume the blower fan motor had gone bad. I went back in to hopefully exchange it for a different vehicle, but was told that all other vehicles were already reserved for other people. I tried calling several other UHAUL dealers but no one had any available at all. The temperature was close to 100 degrees and as a woman going through menopause this was far from ok, but I had to get my stuff moved so what choice did I have??? When I returned the oven on wheels about 6 hours later NONE of the other vehicles on the lot had moved an inch!!! I will never use a UHAUL rental dealer again. To pay almost $100 plus gas to use a truck for 6 hours with no air conditioning in the middle of a South Carolina summer is beyond absurd in my opinion. I have also asked to be contacted about this matter on several separate occasions to no avail. I guess customer satisfaction isn't a priority for this company, huh?

MICHAEL W.The truck this site tried to give me was damaged and proved to be dangerous to drive. The left front fender was rubbing into the tire. If I had driven the truck as is to Atlanta, over 3 hours away, surely the tire would have popped. However, once I contacted Uhaul roadside assistance, they promptly sent someone to fix the issue.

Fortunately there was a gentleman at the business next door who kindly helped the two women unhitch the trailer.
