Moving is always such a hassle. Randy was so helpful, and things couldn't have gone better. I will definitely keep that in mind the next time one of the kids needs to move again.James P.
We actually started by renting from Rob Lohman in Whitehall using the 24/7 app. Let me tell you, that app is subpar at best. I had a reservation for moving house at 9:00 am on Saturday. First my reservation was not set up to us the app, had to call. Then we start doing the steps and the system is overloaded and we time out. Then I call, they can't help me, just send me a new link. Tried again, again timed out "high volume". Asked the employee at the u-haul location to help, not trained in U-hual, can't help. Called again! This time I was sent on to customer service, they couldn't check us in either, but redirected our reservation to a location with employees that could help. Get people, really helped us out. Meanwhile our hired movers are sitting waiting for us. We finally got to the move 1/2 hour late. Not good! I would not recommend your app to anyone, it is poorly designed. SUGGESTION - How about you put in all the necessary information when you make the reservation and verify everything then. Then on reservation day, U-haul sends a text with the key box number and away you go! Sounds pretty simple.....Joseph S.

Jamie was such a blessing. She was helpful, informative and told me how she was going to fight for me for all the terrible things and how the Montana locations took advantage of me. She couldn't do anything with what I paid already, but knows they were unethical and that is sickening. Horrible and tragic you have employees and locations who are scamming people who put a lot of faith in your products and service.Christen H.
