1) Again, It took way too much time to fully return/check in the truck via the contactless process (online)! The website kept going down. After 4th attempt online, I called the 360-356-1577 #. On hold x20-25 min, which probably is to be expected on Sat. evening. I finally just had friend take pics of me returning the truck key into the key slot at return site to prove key was returned. I stayed on hold however, as I wanted to make my concerns known. Once my call came up for help, the woman was kind & helpful & patient. But I was on the phone for another 20 min. while she wrote up the report & submitted my concerns, etc. Apparently a complaint (regarding online snafus) was being submitted to her supervisor, but I have not heard anything back yet about any refunding.Gail C.

Customers need to know that "one way" rentals bring additional charges depending on U-haul parameters that aren't clearly explained when doing your online reservation. Take your time to understand what and why you are signing up for. I am not unsatisfied, thou I should have asked more questions about an " out of town one way rental". Overall the price was still reasonable.Kirk H.

The rear axle of the truck was crooked. While driving, the backend of the truck was to the left of center by at least 18 inches. I had to stay to the right-hand side of the lane in order to keep the truck from crossing over.TRAVIS JAMES R.

The people from (16503 Aurora Ave N Shoreline, WA 98133) changed the pickup location to here which was 1 hour away from where we lived. The original pick up location supposed to be 30 min from our home. They blamed someone "mistakenly" took our truck and couldn't do anything about it. So yall giving my truck to somebody else was my fault ? No one took responsibility. Very unprofessional. At least send me an email a day in advance so I can prepare. No they waited me to arrived at their location just to tell us our truck was 40 min plus away. We wasted more than 2 hours driving just to get our truck. Do you think everybody has time ? Very disappointing for a first time costumer!Phuc N.

This was the most expensive truck I have ever rented. A $19.99 rental10ft truck, no ramp for 4hrs cost $83.00 plus the gas which was $20.00 So I paid $100 total for 4hrs...I was charged 1.89 per mile (22 miles) the gas dropped from 1/2 tank to 3/8 within the first 2 blocks. RidiculousRAMONA G.

After uhaul allowed me to do mobile check in so that I could pick up the truck at any time the person at this facility called me 40 minutes before closing & said he closed in 40 minutes & would not wait & does not do mobile check in & didn't care what uhaul said. I then had to scramble, because I was at work planning on picking it up after work, to get my family to drop what they were doing to go pick up the truck. This was a huge inconvenience to not only myself but my family as well! This was NOT a friendly neighborhood uhaul & the exact opposite of convenience!!! SO UNHAPPYConstance O.

Change your prices :-) Charging a customer to use the dolly and blankets is ridiculous. There should also be some unlimited mileage. 1.39 per mile is almost triple what we are required to pay our employees for using a personal vehicle for work. My 29.99 rental for 27 miles, came out just under 100.00 AND I wasn't even able to have the truck the full 24 hours like I was supposed to.LISA S.
I was charged an extra 70 + dollars because I turned the uhaul a couple of hours after. I had ten days to turn in the truck. No one told me it had to be turned in at the exact time I picked up the truck. I was only informed about the ten days, which I did turn the truck in at the ten day mark. I called uhaul customer service and they refused to refund the additional charges. It is not like the truck had already a customer lined up to rent the truck right away. Matter of fact, it still sitting in the same spot I parked it when I returned it. POOR customer service.RONNY D.

The information provided from the uhaul rep over the phone was absolutely terrible. There was so much lack in communication. I wasn't told about gas price. Price per mile. Insurance. Etc. it Seemed like she (Joyce) just wanted to get me into a truck.. which is very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul ever again. I'd rather call a moving company to do the work for me. Or use a different company. Luckily the owner/manager there was apologetic and showed sincerity in agreeing that was unprofessional. Great guy. Would recommend renting with him directly, vs calling on the phone to set up a rental.TYLER DOUGLAS M.

My reservation was changed the day prior from a 26 foot to a 15 foot truck. The pickup location was also changed, requiring a 75 mile trip. When I arrived the app was "Undergoing scheduled maintenance" and after being on hold for 33 minutes, my reservation expired. This was the worst experience ever.tod N.
