the employees we encountered at each location were very positive. However, we encountered several problems that were avoidable had u-haul followed through with their own policies. We are extremelr disappointed with the handling of our rental. First of all, we did not receive a call from U-Haul the day before our rentalto inform us our pick-up location had been changed. Then upon arriving at the reserved location, not only did they inform us of the change in location, but also informed us that we were an hour late and our equiptment had been given to someone else. Unbelievable! Again, if someone had given us the courtesy of a phone call we would have informed them we were om our way. Instead, we had no choice but to drive 40 minutes further out of our way (on moving day - which is already a stressfull time) causing us to lose at least two hours of our moving time of a very long day. This on top of the exorbitant cost of the rental to begin with. A year prior we rented this exact equiptment for under $200. This rental cost us $700!! Corporate greed?? Again, your employees deserve praise. They were courteous and professional. Your practices leave much to be desired. So disappointing.Scott B.

The 24/7 check in process from a mobile device was horrible. The website kept kicking me off, and then eventually asked for more verification than is asked for when ordering the truck rental. In total, I wasted about 20% of my rental time just getting everything done to be able to take the truck.Jason Y.
