Our pickup time was for 8:00 am. The employee who was at the location was not trained to complete the uhaul transaction. The employee who was trained was not at the location as he had not arrived for the day. We waited for approximately 20 minutes and the employee who was trained was still had not arrived at the location. The untrained employee then did his best to go through the process to complete our reservation. We did not leave the location until almost 9:00 am and the trained employee still had not arrived. It was very unprofessional.

I was highly frustrated to get a call 2 days before pick up that my u haul location wouldn't be able to provide me a trailer when I made my reservation months in advanced. Driving an hour out just to get a trailer made me very angry. The men at northland were great but I would never recommend reserving a u haul to anyone ever again.

I self returned the truck online, paid the extra mileage fee online, took some pictures for proof, dropped the key in the box and I was on my way! So easy!

Your return website however is a disaster. Location service wasn't working. Sat on hold waiting for customer service for 40 minutes before I gave up. Luckily you have people at this location that saved the experience.

The people were great , the trailer was old and difficult to put on the car, rode very rough, it was the last trailer that I could find to make the trip. The people at the pickup site were friendly a nd helpful. Just an older trailer.
