The location says gps is spotty but does not provide a location QR code to scan, then charges $20 for some after hours fee even though the app says you have successfully returned the truck. Then the location fails to call back by end of day to discuss the disputed charges after customer service says they are unable to help due to the spotty GPS... not a good experience

The trailer was dirty. They didn't have a utility dolly. They charged me for 2 days instead of 1. If they change on my card goes through correctly then I won't be upset. If it wasn't fixed, like I was told, then this will be a problem.

Our reservation got screwed up and moved from 8am to 10am. So it wasn't ready when we got there. The dolly wasn't in the truck.

Pickup was a nightmare. Never received a call to confirm the truck pickup and found out after waiting in line for 30min at the West 7th location we had chosen that our truck was at a different location. When we arrived at the second location, we discovered that they only had half the moving blankets we needed and no dolly. We ended up having to spend $175 on a dolly ourselves. All of this made it such that we left town about 3 hours later than we had anticipated. If I rent a truck in the future, it will not be from U-Haul.

The person working there is rude. After waiting several minutes, he walks out of the back and hollers at me, "You need something?" I let him know I was there to rent a car trailer and he asked me if I knew what time Uhaul closed. I told him no. It was 3:50 and Mike's Bargain Center closes at 5 so I assumed I was there in plenty of time. He told me "Uhaul closes promptly at 4". I had no idea, and was there before 4 so I didn't understand the issue. Also, I have used Uhaul several times at other locations muchblater than 4. This guy was a jerk about the whole thing. If I was not in a time crunch, I would have left. After returning the trailer the next day, I was charged an After Hours Service fee when no one helped me "After hours" and charged for two days when I only used the trailer for one day. This location is horrible, and I will never go back. I will also let everyone I know what an awful experience this has been. Lousy service, poor attitude, over charging - about as bad as it could have been.

The $20.00 gotcha fee for "after hours service" is offensive. I entered the mileage and fuel level information on your website after I got home but the site wouldn't let me submit the entry because I did not have a photo of the dash. I feel cheated.

The person handling my rental was very nice and helpful, but it appeared that the computer system or software was so slow that it took twice a long to complete a transaction. The equipment was not very clean but was excepted. I pointed out a marker light as not working and explained the part was on back order due to Covid.

The gentleman helping me primarily was over worked but very friendly>zi booked a dolly and never got one. i rented 2 trucks. i never got paperwork for the first one. i was booked for the wrong time from the woman i first booked through, i was charged for 2 days when i returned the truck the same day, i was never told i would be charged $20 for each truck if i returned the keys after 5. very chaotic and expensive experience.

Fix your online system so one can make a reservation for one way instead of being forced to call to make reservation in order to get the drop of city correct. Online, with 5 locations in drop off city tried to make drop off 30 miles out of town

The trailer I was originally supposed to get wasn't rentable the second trailer was damaged prior to my rental and when I returned the equipment the accused me of damaging it. Poor maintenance and customer service.

The sign on the store say open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm I show up at 430 there closed Mike is there but will not help me return the trailer , he said to me that uhaul Shut down at 4 pm. He is tired and going home. Told me to bring the trailer in the morning. I worked until 4 pm , I called him at 10:00 am ant told him I will be there after work. I have a recording of him telling me uhaul is going to call the cops and turn me in for theft. When I returned the trailer he still wouldn't take my money. Told me to find a corporate store to pay. I wouldn't use Mike in my business, I'm a contractor he sells wood for less, yet no one buys from him. There is a shortage of wood in the states. Yet his store is empty. That' say it all. Ty. I have pics of his open sign

This location was very helpful. I called to change my rental type (from one way to local) 30 min before I was supposed to arrive and even though he couldn't make that change at the local office, he called corporate on my behalf and held the trailer when we were an hour later than expected (due to circumstance changes on my part). Great customer service!

I was told after they close I would have to follow link sent to my phone to check in equipment. Never received link. I took pictures time stamped at 6:55pm the day of rental to check in. I dropped off equipment before the 12hrs I reserved it for. I was charged 2 days and an after hours fees. $50 in extra charges for a dealer mistake. I will never rent from that location again and will make sure they get horrible reviews for the dirty tricks they play to charge up rentals. I had reservation acct # 26957922. Worst rental experience from uhaul ever, might not even rent from you again. Severely disappointed and ripped off

Personnel were all polite and helpful. Only thing that I had a problem with was trying to enter information on the uhaul website. When I called the phone number nobody would answer time after time. Finally I gave up and just went to the uhaul location.

Mike was not friendly. Uhaul was dirty, pine needles etc. tow dolly was missing a part on the left wheel ramp-had to use a piece of wood to life metal ramp up an inch or so.

The owner was rude, unfriendly and uninformative. He had an attitude as if we were inconvinening him somehow. Our world is full of ugliness and oppression right now. The last thing customers need is to be treated with any less than with kindness and respect. We will not rent here again.
