Trucks behind building unseen from road AB's there's no UHaul sign anywhere
ArielE M.First of all : the person responsible for the U-Haul wasn't present. The guy who helped me to get the van was very nice and helpful and everything would be ok if they charged me the correct amount of money. I had to call and dispute the bill and despite the person on the phone was very helpful, my bill is not correct yet. Be very careful when they ask you for how long you want to rent the vehicle because when you return later than you said they are going to charge you twice - thats what happened to me. Instead of paying $50 they charged me over $100. I plan to use U-Haul again but not this location.
Jiri J.My reservations was confirmed for a location about 5 miles closer to me but when I arrived to location 1 no vehicles were available and my reservation had been re-booked at another location. All of this with any notification to me. The staff at location 2 which is actually mattress store in a small stip mall clearly had not been affiliated with Uhual long as the check in process was done on the proprietors cell phone and process took several attempts to get scanned images of my DL.

Alan A.Rented us the wrong size truck. Ordered a 10', given a 15'. Would not charge the credit card on file, as the UHaul reservations person told us they would. In fairness, the Area Manager gave us a credit on the larger truck, but the counter person at this location was not good.
