Make sure the site has all the equipment requested or they can't take the reservation. Our original location didn't have the truck and this location didn't have the hand truck we needed. Also, the passenger side mirror was cracked so badly I couldn't see out of it and needed my passenger to be my eyes. That truck had no business being available for rent.Miranda J.
The check in process was quick and easy. Unfortunately ,the truck was completly filthy in the back. The dolly was loose and there was trash everywhere. While I normally don't complain about not having full ta k of gas, the fact that it was left at a quarter tank was a little annoying. I will likely not rent from this location in the future.Stephen J.

This pick-up location was great. However, our original rental was for a cargo van from a different location in Newark, DE. They moved us to a location in Wilmington, DE, and changed us to a 10 ft truck. That Wilmington location would not allow us to pick up the truck after 11 am, which was impossible. They were not flexible and did not try to help us solve the situation. They basically had a "tough luck for you" attitude. I had to call 1-800-go-uhaul. The woman there was incredibly helpful and found a 15 ft truck for us in Newark. This was WAYYYYY too big for our needs, and we had to buy rope to tie down our goods. The truck used more gas than our original cargo van would have. We reserved a specific vehicle to meet our needs from a specific location, so it's not great to have all of that switched up on us the day before our pick-up.Kenneth G.

Getting the key was confusing and difficult. The engine light was on, the cab was filled with 1/2 empty water bottles. I paid to have a dolly and there was not one in the truck.Beth J.

Truck had used boxes, plastics , pieces of woods and other residues in it. It was not clean. But before taking the truck back I clean, and took out trash. Beside, I put in more fuel. The fuel level was 1/2 when I took it. I returned with 3/4 full. I had added a moving equipment to help me move the tables but it was not in the truck. I am not complaining,, it just I am doing a survey that's why.BROWNE T.

The truck ran well, however, it was not clean, the armrest on the passenger side was missing and truck was dirty...cupholders, floor etc. My husband who came with me on this trip was not happy as we drove for 7 hours.cindy T.
When I got in the truck the gas was on E, there was cigarettes ashes, trash and hit sauce packets all over the floor. I was def suprused as I have rented many uhauls and never seen anything like this. Def would not return to this locationNICOLE W.

Uhaul website and app wasn't working. We called uhaul directly and they couldn't get online either. Uhaul needs to better manage their server traffic. Ideally there would also be a manual way to check us in. We had to wait an hour for the website to finally be responsive.Jennifer P.

We used the pick up by smart phone option and it oils not work. Had to call help line and it took over n hour to straighten out. We were eligible to pick up at 7am, but came at 9:30 am. No information was shared that we would have problems if we did not pick up by a certain time. Also we ordered blanket ant there were none supplied.Kyle B.

The truck was operable and a good choice for a short-distance job (as we had); front bumper was mangled and the truck seemed to run roughly; the staff was very friendly but working out of a cellphone accessory office which was difficult to identify as the rental location; vehicle parking was very inconvenient; but, again the staff was very good.DEAN R.

This location was the worst uhaul I've seen by far. It is COVID 19 and their trucks are filthy. I had to clean the inside. The truck had mud splashed all over it. Dirty inside. The truck was damage upon picking up. The bumper was extremely damage. I was worried about the safety of driving it. Uhaul has no standards as a whole when it comes to providing clean and safe truck rentals for us as consumers. Very poor customer service. You should be appalled.AARON G.

More clear signage to indicate where the UHaul counter is would be helpful as the area is shared with another business. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.Wendy R.

Before driving; uhaul sends me a link to verify the condition of the equipment to make sure gas and miles are exactly the same with the electronic receipt. Likely everything went well!ABDO G.
