The gas was on half tank when I picked it up. I put it back to half tank when I dropped it off. I was told it was on full. It's not. But otherwise nice people at the rental place.Suzan J.

The 15' Uhaul van was filthy, smelled like someone had been living in it for months. The windshield was covered with filth on the inside, floors were covered with dirt/sand, and every area was sticky and grimy. Got the van loaded and headed for Nashville from Deland, Fl. Got four hours up the road, after calling customer service for nearly three hours on hold. Finally someone answered and I pulled the â€œdumpster on wheelsâ€ over and they sent some folks (two hours and 45 minutes later) to change one of the tires which had thrown a belt. I reported to the two on-site techs that the van swayed due to steering issues, and the airbag light was on so not operating, and the transmission fluid was leaking from the lines, so they filled it up and I went o. To Nashvilleâ€¦..4+ hours late. The van leaked trans fluid all over the hotel parking area, so they were not happy with Uhaul either. I Managed to navigate the floating, drifting, leaking, gas guzzling dumpster on wheels back to Deland after our event, only to drift into a curb 4 miles from our warehouse, and blow out one of the dually tires, so I limped the DOW to the plant to unload and mark our new concrete with Uhaul transmission fluid, which was still dripping from the lines. Worst rental experience ever. I wouldn't consider renting from this company Again for any reason.Jerry H.
I would never go to that location again. The gentleman made changes to our order without checking if it was okay with us. And then lied and said we can drop a truck at any location, which of course you can't, you can only drop off at the location on the paperwork. Terrible.Gregory M.

I was told I could choose what location in Orlando I could drop the truck off at. When I looked to return the truck a location was already chosen, much farther than I wanted to go.Griffin C.

Truck was filthy and less than 1/16th of a tank of gas. Which I was charged for returning it with less fuel than I received it, which I didn't think I was possible since I needed to leave the location to add fuel to the truck.Kaylin H.

I was overcharged. I'm still waiting for uhaul to contact me. I have sent 2 emails, tried to chat online several times and still no responseTony D.
I was charged for extra miles I did not put on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle in Miami and it had 6195 miles on it. I returned the vehicle to Lil Sammies Uhaul in Deland, FL, and it had 6502 miles on it. That is a total of 307 miles. My receipt says I returned it with 6592 miles, and I was charged for extra miles (84 miles, at 40 cents a mile). I was charged 33.60 plus 2.18 tax for a total of 35.78. I did not put these miles on the vehicle. I have photographic evidence proving this (including the time stamp of the photo vs. time stamp of the receipt, the time difference of which would be impossible to drive 84 miles). I would like the charges removed. I have contacted American Express regarding this to contest the charges. I trust you will handle this properly. Sincerely, Dr. Robert SchachelRobert S.
