MANUEL R.Rented twice from this location with the same vehicle trailer. Both times the passenger side tires of the trailer were flat to the point where I had to put air in myself. The straps are failing due as they are frayed and the jack to raise and lower the trailer doesn't work. The owner does not care of these issues either.
Colin B.When I went to go pick up the truck, which was not even the original location that I reserved for, there was no key in the lockbox. There was not even a lock on the lockbox. The location was closed so there was no one to help. Had to call Uhaul to get another truck but there was none available.
Justin W.requested rt. 9 old bridge - was assigned Englishtown rd. fine. I reserved the trailer and a dozen moving blankets. the location is a garage and had no blankets. I was forced to go to a Uhaul location and buy bubble wrap so i did not have to drop off 2 separate items at 2 locations. The web site and reservation process is very unorganized.

LAWRENCE W.Truck should be inspected. Side mirror cracked, windshield filthy, no windshield wash fluid, lights are so dim I could not drive after dark. Renter should be given a tutorial on basics about the truck. I drove out having no idea how to properly operate the equipment. All I got was a "good luck."

Olivia R.There was a mix up and no one was at the location of our reserved time. When calling the main uhaul number, they were very good at handling the situation. They contacted the person and he showed up in about 20 minutes. Other than that I would recommend.

mohamed M.I dropped the rental off at 9 a.m at 10:45 I get an email stating there's a cleaning fee PLUS a cleaning tax? I thought this would be included with what I paid FOR the rental. And no information as to why Im being charged extra for a cleaning fee
