The biggest issue was not being made fully aware these things would be needed. It was just a blessing I had a copy of my passport on my phone from recent travel. The process was very laborious and tedious to check out the truck.

Stephen P.Upon checking the interior of the cargo van the inside was very dirty. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he had one of his workers try to sweep out the cargo area with some success. I still had to do more sweeping when I got the van home. I felt with my experiences with other rental locations that the interior was in excellent condition. Also, the outside was very dirty. Kind of disappointed. Found the after hours check in very complicated and very time consuming. All in all I'd use this location again.

Debora M.This has nothing to do with the location, just U-Haul: You can quit changing the pick up location and stick to the original booking! Our pick up location was changed TWICE at the last minute to offices that were NOT CONVENIENT!!! We had to use mileage that we shouldn't have because the pick up was changed to an office in the opposite direction!

barojas A.It would be helpful and more time efficient if the registration process was a bit more streamlined. Especially on the day of pickup. From the time we arrived to the time we pulled away in the truck was almost 40 minutes. Other than that we were very happy with choosing U-Haul. Thank you.

After calling customer service, notifying the location operator and waiting for an hour, the location. operator finally decided to help me. Most surprisingly, the customer service representative was unable to help ke and forwarded me to another help desk that never picked up. Cant use a service that operates like this.
