The storage unit was clean and practical. I liked that it was indoors and temperature control. Sadly the only reason why I had to give up my storage unit was due to my rent's increase, otherwise having a unit was absolutely convenient and useful.

I needed a storage unit quick, I called homebase and they were able to help me get one right away. I like the fact it was indoor with climate control. The security was great also. I would highly recommended homebase for storage

My opinion: best place in town to keep your items. Nice place with convenient qualities, friendly manager, reasonable prices.

We have used Homebase Storage off and on for the 4 years my daughter was at UNL. Jeff was always great to work with! Units were always clean. Security codes are in place for entering the storage facility. ¡Gracias!

Some thoughts: 1. the front door seemed to be left open at times; not sure how that happened. It did not affect my unit, as there is another locked door before my hallway, so all was secure 2. the phone numbers listed did not work at times, and the email for paying rent did not link to the correct website. I paid over the telephone. 3. I liked being downstairs, underground. 4. owner/operator was good about calling back.

NOthing but praise for Jeff Wiese at this storage facility. I was forced out of a different storage location when that company closed and Jeff was able to help get me set up quickly and efficiently. He also set up personnel to be there when we arrived to the storage early on our trip from CA. I had to put most of this back into storage in Michigan, and I wish it were as tidy and inexpensive as Nebraska! Many thanks to Jeff and Ben (who had to cut thru a lock when it became apparent I didn't have the key on my keychain when we started the move).I came by twice to tip Ben but he was already booking your next customer. Overall, it was a great experience!~

When I made the move from Michigan to Nebraska, I contacted Home-Based Storage and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting up a storage unit for me. He continued to assist me with any storage concerns I had in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

This is whole experience has been the most frustrating transaction I have had in memory. I will never spend another dollar with UHaul and I will spread the word to everyone I know to do the same.

Train your customer service representatives!!! Was transfered/placed on hold SEVERAL times for a minor issue that was resolved by the LAST person in a matter of seconds! Frustration does NOT decribe the ineptness of the FOUR DIFFERENT associates I spoke with for this issue.

This location was recommended by your agent who called and confirms day of use. My original location was not available, contrary to what was mentioned online. She found this location, but did not tell me it was lockbox location. The approval process online was stuck and not user friendly even though all the steps was done. I had to call multiple times for instructions and then to ge the approval completed.

Affordable, secure, conditioned storage. I kept mine for family photos and antiques during transition. Thank you for making it easy to rent and maintain.

The facility went beyond what I expected in ease of use, security, cleanliness. Will definitely recommend you to others and if I need a storage area again will use the facility again.
