U-Haul truck was not at location it was suppose to be at. Then had to use the person free to get the truck which was not easy. Air conditioning also did not work in truck.Kyle D.
Very sketchy part of town. Vehicle was clean, left front tire severly worn on inside tread block, hard pull to the rigbt, major front suspension issues, air conditioning did not blow from the dash vents while driving 40+ mph.John W.

What a disaster!!!!! Our family drove 2 hours to move my mother into an assisted living facility. After making my reservation with UHaul and PREPAYING and supplying all necessary documents to do a self pick up, the message told me the truck was not available. Thank goodness for Scott Kelver, the number we called on the building. He called me back and let me rent a 20' truck. He was the savior in all this disastrous situation. It was Memorial Day and I was so happy he went above and beyond to help us out. The furniture dolly that we rented was not available.Sherri G.

Rented equipment not in truck. Had to drive to different location to get the dolly and blankets where the owner gave me keys to original pick up site building to go through storage to get appliance dolly in the back of building. Wasting time and miles. Truck had engine light turned on in about 8 miles of trip, sounded like it was going to explode. Dog hair in cab. Bad experience.Ashley T.

The self service option is a nightmare. We had a issue regarding supplies. We tried to call the number available on their door, no answer. We were supposed to have a dolly and 12 pads... They were not in the truck. We had to sit there on a U-Haul automatic call and finally reached someone. We were then instructed to take the truck and go quite a way to another site to get them. A little better on checking in and getting the keys the locks are kinda difficult to understand maybe a virtual video on how to unlock for lock for the keys other thank that it was excellent service and very easyBrenda D.

Again I had problems using the u-haul app. I attempted various times I'm to take pictures of the odometer and gas readings and after sitting there submitting photo after phot for over 30 minutes I was frustrated. Thankfully the drop off location had a personal phone number displayed in the window for the gentleman who gentlemen who runs the service the service facility. I was able to leave a message for him letting him know what had happened and my frustration and I simply locked the u-haul and left the keys in the Dropbox. Thankfully the next day he confirmed that he received everything. The app really needs to be updated.Tyler C.

Truck was dirty and still contained small items left by previous used, headlight was broken, furniture pads reserved were not provided, location closed at noon so online pick-up was the only option, and was very difficult to get through, requiring calling customer service after app crashed. Hate the online pick-up process!!!!!! Had to go across town to another location to get furniture pads.Gary S.

When I arrived for my mobile pickup, AFTER being sent to wrong location, and find a homeless man living in the Uhaul truck that I needed. Had to stand there for an hour waiting for man to remove all his stuff from truck. No apologies, no discounts offered or anything! This was TERRIBLE service and I don't feel I should have paid!!!Tonia L.

The truck and location were fine. Everything else was garbage. We booked online, only to find out that our reservation was never scheduled. So we had to do the truck share. Nothing came up on the website or the app, so we waited on hold for almost an hour for someone to manually do the reservation for us. We had to have the truck back at the same time the next morning, so lost out on an hour that we paid for, and when we dropped the truck off, were not able to check back in for drop off due to nothing showing up on the website or the app. When we called to let someone know that the truck was dropped off, we were told that we may be charged another fee due to not being able to check in online. Be able to upload a photo from the photo library on the phone and not have to take an actual picture. This was really inconvenient and thankfully the gentleman who manages this location was VERY helpful after a Uhaul representative at the check in process was not helpful at allErin M.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for the location I would give them a 7 overall the truck was clean for the most part but the windshield wipers were in the the truck not on the windshield. The check in was pretty easy however we didn't do a walk thru on truck verify mileage, fuel or damage. When trying to return the vehicle noone was at the location and the online check in was refusing to finalize my check in I kept the truck for an extra days rental and the next day was the same issue except this time I called the 800 number and the customer service rep had to be the rudest person I have ever spoken with had no clue how to do a check in so put me on hold and let me sit waiting on the line for 30 minutes. I finally had to leave the key in the drop box and left the truck parked with a full tank and in the same parking space I actually picked it up from as I was told to. I'm hoping that I do not get charged incorrectly since there was no way to check it inBRANDI W.

It was hard to find there was only a small sign and the drop was in the back with even smaller sign I had to use my map app to search for it and at no time I was there did anyone come out or anything. I wasn't sure if the mileage when I started the process because the app wouldn't work at pick up so didn't think of the steps that I missed cause of this.Shanna S.

You charged me $67.19 for this and that is illegal. I rented this truck for a total of $175 from UHaul and was told to drop it off to this location. They had no LEGAL right to charge me this. REFUND MY MONEY ASAP BEFORE I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.JULES M.
The truck wasn't in horrible condition, but it wasn't very clean, either. My biggest complaint is probably that I could not adjust the passenger side side mirror and the location (manager?) was of no help. It made the long drive much more stressful than it needed to be...especially when I needed to merge or turn right or to change lanes. Please check tire pressure before each rental, too. It felt like they could have used more air.KRIS S.
This guy will scam you. At least he did me. Switching pick up times calling at 6 30 in the morning to tell you he is leaving the keys in the truck under the mat when pick up was supposed to be at 10.Justin M.

I would recommend this location. Scott was extremely helpful in setting me up with access over the phone and getting us on the road. When I originally placed my order I was not aware that I was going to a location that was not physically manned and would be a digital pick up. I think creating an app for the checkout and return experience would make it more fluid for the renter and the location pickup/drop off. Expedco was awesome though! Definitely recommended and would use again.April H.
Find a new staff. Your employees don't know the first thing about customer service and I'm appalled. Never going to use or let anyone I know use uhaul services again. If 0 stars was an option I wouldn't miss a beat. I was belittled by the man who was supposed to be helping me set up my trailer. He also told me that my $60 deposit which nobody mentioned to me until last minute would be returned as soon as I returned the trailer. Come to find out the deposit would be given back as a cashiers check and there wouldn't be an estimated date on it. One woman at one store told me I could return the trailer at any location in town with no charge, but this man told me if I tried I would be charged an extra fee. Nobody seems to know how to do their job right.Cameron S.
There were no furniture pads on the truck which I had ordered. The owner was nice but seem disorganized. There was some confusion with the truck I ended up taking, and this resulted in looking like I had 2 trucks at one timeKasey T.
Make sure the wiring harness isn't smashed or eaten my mice before you rent it out. Lights inoperable the entire time. Couldn't move after dark which cut my time down significantly for moving, I was also pulled over and almost given a ticket.Randall M.

The person was very helpful. I was satisfied with his service. Not so happy with U-Haul reservation procedures. I made a reservation to get the truck 3 weeks in advance for Canon City. U-Haul called me one day before and said the truck would not be available. I would have to drive elsewhere to get it.Steve F.

Scott, Ron are by far one of the best, easiest and most accommodating Uhaul dealers I've ever rented from. So Much in fact that I didn't even check out any other ones.
