Tried to show picture I took of before and after gas gauge. Return place wouldn't even look at it and billed my card for $19.50 for 3 gallons of fuel. I returned it with more fuel in the tank than when I rented it. Nice way to steal $20 . Penske gets my next need.Stephen A.

I had to repeat everything that I had on the reservation, felt like that was a waste of time since I booked it online therefore already knew it was correct. He helped four other customers in his other business while I had to wait. I had to get a friend to push the truck out of its location.Casie R.

The only difficult aspect is that this is a gas station so have to compete with gas station customers during pick up process which causes delays.Elizabeth P.

The truck was broken. The windshield was taped on. The parking brake did not work. No moving blankets or ropes were supplied in the back of the truck to hold the items in place either.Connor D.

Roof of UHaul had a huge hole in it. Was clearly not inspected prior to renting or I was given it on purpose. There were 3 other 10' trucks there they could have given me but I got the one with a hole in the roof. I didn't noticed until i got back to my apartment to load everything up so i did not have time to go back to get a different. It was pouring the rest of the day and our couch was ruined. We have made a claim to UHaul and are waiting to here back.MICHAEL W.

Using the online app for drop off was less bad than using it for pick up, but it only showed the closing screen which was supposed to tell us what to do with the key for about 1 second before going away, so we still had to go inside and speak to the UHaul attendant.Matthew V.
Check engine light was on back of truck was dirty with bottles of Gatorade in it as well as coat hangers. Had to go inside and get the keys and dolly because even though I was told I could self dispatch I couldn't. I was supposed to have a $50 reservation guarantee credit (because the truck I reserved was not available and I had to go an extra 20 miles to get one) which was NOT applied.Kristina B.

I rented a 15 foot uhaul truck when I went to go pick it up the guy I met was very nice and knowledgable..when I got into the truck there was stuff left behind from the previous user kicking around in the cab..so they obviously dont clean them everytime. When I went to go return the truck back I dealt with a different guy and he was very rude towards me and barely spoke english so it was hard to even communicate with this guy. I wont be renting from this location again.Spencer V.

Had reservation at T&B Motors in Mansfield Ct. we arrived there to find that they stopped renting Haul truck awhile ago. Had to find another place. Spoke to someone on the phone on Friday because I had made a mistake on the reservation and was told that it would be canceled. It was never canceled.Donna S.

Have truck ready to go at pick up time: Headlight out in truck. Truck was covered in snow and had frozen in the mud so it was difficult to get out. Tires appeared to be worn as the wheels spun on the slightest bit of snow.Shawn G.

This was my first experience renting a UHall vehicle. It was a great experience. The gentleman who waited on me was friendly, courteous and helpful. We moved what needed moving without difficulty and the whole experience was great. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to rent UHall.Pat W.

Overcharged me for an extra day when I returned it two days early. I told him while I was checking out it was wrong. He said I hadn't paid any deposit when it was paid in full with my credit card when I checked in online. I showed him receipt but he still charged me. I had to call customer service when I got home. Now I'm told I need to wait 3-5 business days for an area manager to call me. Not happy with this experience at all.Jeff B.
