Downloaded the app for first time. Answered all the questions necessary for contactless pickup day before. Was told I could call the guy if I had any issues. When I got there-- its like the app forgot all my initial info-- had to start again--- plus put in additional references-- pain in the ass. Also-- I called the guy-- he never answered. Thankfully the person in the gas station helped out.

Philip J.I was told they weren't there to unhook trailers go another 30 miles if that's what I was expecting. I'm 62 years old and not quite as fit as I was 10 years ago. With that being said , the owner , Scott was rude and completely unprofessional. The gal who was working the gas station, which is where this location is, was my age and after about 30 minutes she came out with a customer to help. Never ever should she have been told to come out and unhook. She was the only person working a busy gas station and was not particularly young either. Scott, the owner, would not come in , refused to come help and didn't want me to unhook at his station. Perhaps checking out this location as unviable ? .
Page M.1. Price quoted and reserved was 100 dollars higher! The gentleman who met me gave me no paperwork, nor email. 2. The trailer was old, had dents and dings and a door that was impossibly difficult to lock down. There was visible damage and graffiti on it!! 3. The lights on the trailer were mostly inoperableâ€" dangerous! 4. When I tried to call for help, no one at uhaul answered. I feel that this company is fraudulent. They claim “ unlimited miles†for trailers, but I had to return it to a certain location 75 miles northeast of my location to get a cheaper price. This was truly the worst part of my move.

Andrew R.The amount of gas in the vehicle was lower than what was said. They said it was just over 5/8 tank of gas in the rental, but it was just over 1/2 tank.
Chris N.Gas station where uhaul was stored refused to help with rental in any way. Online rental process was confusing and lengthy, had to call three times for assistance with Rental while standing in parking lot. Took me well over a hour online and on the phone to rent a truck. I paid upfront but,Then there were added charges but, on during the return check in. I returned the truck a full day sooner and with online return there was no way to get a refund as I had paid in advance. Returned truck a day early and
