I thought this location did a great job. Excellent customer service and really helpful employee!
Kathleen H.i rented a truck to move my apt. the truck was leaking gas everywhere so they gave me a smaller van instead. it caused me to have to take many more trips from my apt to my new place. it was very stressful. when i called to see if i could get a few more hours added on after the 24 hour mark, they said no and charged me for another whole day :( it wasn't my favorite experience and made moving a lot harder and more stressful than l than i wanted it to be
Marcie H.Drop off process was way too complicated and there was no clear key drop offf , the attendant did not prepare me for all the steps involved and when i brought the truck back there was no one to help with my many questions
