The driver door needs some repair to close properly, also let's a lot of wind noise inside the cab which is irritating. The truck drove well, had no complaints.
Marcia A.I did not receive a call the evening before my scheduled pickup. The pick up location I specified did not have the truck I reserved. It was confusing and messed up. The representative at my specified location and at the pick up location were so nice and helpful. You would have a major fail if they had not been so wonderful.

William B.The truck smelled like something organic was hauled in it and then not swept out. The people at the Bloomfield location were nice, but halfway through my trip the change oil light came on. So it was a little scary since there was no way to know what that light meant--I was just hoping that it wasn't the check engine light. I found out about the meaning when I got to the drop off spot.

MIKE Z.The tires on the right side of the trailer were low. One of them was so low that it did not register on the tire gage. fortunately we had a air compressor and were able to air up the tires. However the low tire did have a slow leak. We are generally unhappy with UHaul because as a company you don't seem to care that you send customers to locations that they did not choose and that are often farther away than necessary. You are lucky to be able to take advantage of your Monopoly status because we definitely would not continue to use your company after our Albuquerque and then our Farmington experience.

Sandra L.I am not sure why Uhaul needed to charge extra for the mileage to get to our destination. And frankly, I believe I should get a refund for that $50. We rent regularly a few times a year for our business and this was the most expensive one yet.
