The truck was very clean but beat up! Pickup was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful. The radio was cracked. Tons of damage on all over the truck, I paid $75 to drive a very damage vehicle. It was so scratched and dented we personally took many pictures to ensure we weren't held responsible for anything. With all the insurance and extra you push at registration and warnings about repairs you would think you'd do some repairs...
ALISA N.The mobile website to load DL wasn't working properly. Even the owner of the Uhaul location couldn't get it to work. The return took multiple attempts to log in and load responses.
