Better communicationâ€¦ by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I was promised a refund and never received. My pick up location was altered without ANY discretion. Had to find out the day of pick up by CHANCE. The amount of times I have tried to reach out to you all, I have failed. I will never rent from uhaul ever again. The only good thing that had happened is that I got from point A to point B.Samantha L.

There is no drop box for the keys. The person working the inside store counter takes them. I wandered around for about 5 minutes outside trying to look for it. Need to adjust the turn in instructions.Josh B.
The truck cabin was not clean/ tidy. My order included a dolly that was not in the truck and I lost rental time to return and retrieve it. The process itself was convenient and helpful.SUSANA E.

The only problem was I tried to drop it off at the 2 closest locations near me and the internet said they were open. When I got there, they were close. Your express check in online would not work for me so I had to drive it the third location which was a little drive. That was around 3:30pm.Kevin S.

Bastrop Country Corner Is perfectly fine. This rating is for Uhaul corporate. They switched my reservation on the morning of my pickup. I was scheduled for Uhaul at the University of Texas but someone failed to do their job and made me drive 35+ miles outside the city to Bastrop in the middle of nowhere. This inconvenience caused a serious snowball effect for my whole move. Needless to say you have lost all my future business.William R.

The pick up location was ridiculous and the guy was insane. It took me over 30 min in the freezing rain and 4 calls to uhaul before i could pick up my equipment. Will never use that location again.Kristina K.
Complete fail on uhauls part. I reserved truck online and to do mobile pickup to make it easier.. DOES NOT MAKE IT EASIER. Gas station attendant understood so little english he told me he didnt know wherr a dollar general location was(500feet from his front door) to not allowing me pickup till i called a number for someone that the uhaul website said i disnt need to do. THEN i get the truck. All looked ok. I drove halfway to my destination listening to what can only be described as tin can rattles then i hit a bumpy toad and i thought the truck was gonna fall apart. Rough driving too. I didnt make my destination and am completely upset at this rental. Ive used uhaul before at actual uhaul locations. They verify vehicles and help u. This gas station pick up is a fail on uhauls end and will coat them their business in the end if not careful. I will probably never use uhaul again.JOHN G.
The guy in the store is rude and barely speaks english. I was sharply directed to the app. Then struggled until it told me it was after hours. Finally, got supervisor to release truck to me. When I returned it, only used $10 worth of gas. I was charged for 175 miles! Cannot get a call back after several emails! It's 02 Jan. Rented truck in October!! Go with Penske. 3 times I've used uhaul-3 times I've been over charged. Not happy.LISA S.
The person did not speak English ( which is ok) and was not able to help whatsoever. I had to call the customer service folks to get the regional sales manager to approve the return. Very nerve wracking to say the least.paul C.
