It was not so much the location -although we could not tell whether the office was open when we got there. It looked closed so we waited to see if someone was going to open the front door, only to find out that it was open. The location was difficult to find. We were under a time constraint, so it would have been good to know whether we needed to wait or come in. Also, we had asked for another location for pick up - we had to travel about 25 miles to get to the location to get the truck. When I returned the truck, I was told that I had to drop it off at a certain place because the truck was needed there the next day. It would have been helpful if we had been able to pick it up in the town in which we were so that we could meet the movers on time. Since I was told to drop off at a certain location, I don't know why the same could not have been done for me. It put us in a bind with time.Margaret W.

The truck was clean but the truck was very difficult to know what gear it was in. It could look like it was in Reverse but actual be in Neutral or 1st or even 3rd. 1st gear could have been 3rd gear. It was a real pain to deal with it. I'm 48 years old and used many rental trucks. This was by far the worst truck I've ever used. It did the job though so I was grateful for that. The guy at the rental place was great. The truck definitely needs work though.Nathan T.
The rental location was great but unfortunately my reservation made over a week in advance wasn't attended to well. Last minute change of location that led to more driving miles And then I reserved a 26 foot truck but there was only a 20 foot truck available. So I had a lot of extra miles and more work. But truck and rental location were both very clean.Gene G.

Service the equipment and correct deficiencies. Truck did not have emer. flashers. Truck was excessively loud, out of balance and shook worse then driving over an old brick road. Rented one dozen pads and got maybe eight. The A/C worked well.Daniel L.

Low volume neighborhood locations may be convenient but May not be staffed to assist the customer. In this case no receipt for the return was provided. I was able to follow up with customer service to verify receipt 4 days after return.GLENN D.

I was informed there would be an additional charge for dropping off after hours and was not told prior that there would be a charge. I also left an unused large wardrobe box in the back with a receipt and a note in the front of the truck asking that it be returned, but it was not.Karolina P.

Returned the truck on time and the manager was no where to be found so the keys where left in a drop box around 2:30. Didn't get a receipt confirmation until two days later and then received charges for the extra day. So I called and was told he was closed the day before and had just checked the truck in. Only reason I gave this four stars and put not applicable for cleanliness and inviting was because I arrived to return the truck before 6pm only to find that there was nobody on site and that they were closed despite google listings saying otherwise. I was able to contact an employee over phone and he advised I use the drop box. But because I didn't have a lock with the vehicle (used my own), I had to load the two dollys and furniture blankets in the front cab of the uhaul and lock the doors manually before dropping the keys. Not ideal but nevertheless I was still able to drop with any major hassle.JONATHAN RAYMOND F.

First thing, the truck was clean, not an issue. Customer service was pretty good. Only thing I had an issue with, is that I originally had the truck set for a 4 day use, but ended up only needing it for one day. But I ended up paying more just for one day than 4 days. Maybe I don't get how Uhaul works, but that seemed a bit sketchy to me. Plus I had to go pick the uhaul up different location than where I placed the order. Which made it more sketchy to me. All I will say is, make sure each person can explain why a person will pay more money for 1 day and less money for 4 days of rental. Something doesn't seem right. And the place where I received the uhaul went through the pricing so fast like he didn't want me to find out what I was paying for. Very sketchy.TERENCE S.

The truck didn't run well. The "sanitizer" was stifling, 'cause it was aerosolized can air freshen, instead of an approved disinfectant. Thanks , NOT! AS WELL, The engine needed a tune up and due to this, there was a constant lurching and just a rough running and driving experience. I have driven a few trucks and busses and RV on many trips. With no incident to compare. When idling it nearly choked off. The employee was more thab kind and did fine. The issue here needs to be the owner's responsiblity. You must invest in the business. It's a big company, so there is NO EXCUSE, other than GREED!Tory B.

I was told there would be no charge if I didn't go over a certain amount of miles. I only put 32 miles on the truck and was charged 79 cents per mile. When I called regarding the issue after seeing the charges on the receipt, I was told it's 79 cents on Friday and Saturday no matter how many miles. I received two different quotes from the same Uhaul in Mt. Juliet, TN located on Lebanon Rd. The staff needs to work on communicating the correct information to customers and not mislead them to think they will be charged a price and then be charged something totally different.Shannon W.

This location could use a sign near the road entrance. At night, you cannot see where to enter. It is a small alley-type road between two businesses.TARA B.
Sign in truck said that we would get $25 back on rental if returned with blankets folded & truck swept. Which we did. When we returned the truck place was hard to find & they were closed. Supposed to be open until 6. We were 2 days early and at 4 pm. Sign said to lock all equipment in truck cab. So we moved everything to cab & white footprints from their white rock parking in back of truck. Guess we lost $25 because they weren't open when they were supposed to be and had to fit 2 dollys and 36 folded blankets in cab or leave my padlock on truck. Just didn't seem right to us.Sheri R.
