CONORG H.Your app, both on the phone and on the laptop, was a fucking disaster. I have used it before and had no issues but it's been awful over the past to days. I will seek to avoid using uhaul in the future.

Eduardo M.I was told the place would be close when I arrive to begin with. Then the website to self checkout didn't work it wouldn't share my location and because of that it wouldn't allow use to go any further. Just horrible all the way around .

Deborah S.when the pick-up is confirmed for 9 am the provider needs to be there. She did not arrive until 9:40 am. The computer was not operating properly. I did not leave there until 10:55 am. Not acceptable in my opinion.
