No one was at the location when I dropped it off at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th of June attempted to call phone number has a non-active voicemail box nobody ever answered left the vehicle there drop the keys in the contract inside the U-Haul lock box attempted to make contact with the person that location several times that day still no contact called U-Haul corporate office advised that we had left the truck there at 9:00 a.m. on June 29th then today I get a charge for a 24-day past due U-Haul rental that I do not owe for I'm not very happy at this point the vehicle was turned in with a half a tank of fuel the back was clean the cab was clean no one there to receive the vehicle I had no choice but to leave the keys in a copy of the contract in the Box that vehicle has sat in the same spot for almost 3 weeks and it's not my fault that the person running that location did not check it in until today I can't understand why I'm being charged when I already paid $1,800 at the Warsaw location when I picked the truck up I'm waiting for a member of management to contact meRobert K.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Worst experience ever. Went to pick up truck and no one was even on site. Called Headquarters and was informed that the truck was never returned!! Two hours later someone showed up to open open the door!!Denise S.
After fuel in the truck up the location of U-Haul was less than a half a mile from the Sam's Club in Lady Lake I took the truck to that U-Haul the hours were posted 9 to 5 but nobody came to the door then a person came out with a U-Haul T-shirt on I said I was here to return the truck he didn't say a word to me but just walked right past me and went into another room from the outside I waited for a few minutes knocked on the door and he would not answer I know the person pulled up with a trailer he came out of the room spoke with that person I waited when he was done I said I'd like to return the truck he told me he wasn't excepting the truck I told him I'm here to return it and I'll drop the key off in the key box he told me to leave his lot that's when I called U-Haul and they gave me directions to another location I gave the information to the operator on the phone of the discourteous lack of any kind of business sense or concern for anybody don't not give any information close lip just finger-pointing it was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a person representing a company shameful shamefulBENJAMIN K R.
Try to drop our trailer off in the vicinity of Fruitland Park, Florida was nightmare. We went to 6 different locations amd nobody would take the trailer off our hands.Finally had to contavt Corporate to get some help.Katie M.

there wasn't a representative on site when we went to pick up the trailer even though I was on time for the scheduled pick up time at 2:00 PM. The web site for the location states that they are open till 5:00 PM. My wife call the phone number on the web site and was told they were closed due to their holiday not a holiday in the US. We were told to pick a trailer and text the number to the person on the phone. The trailer was not clean there was news paper and other debris on the floor. Took the trailer home and parked it in the driveway still attached to my truck. Took my car out for a little while when I came back the right side tire was low. I wasn't worried I have a compressor to put air in the tire. When I went to put air in the tire the next morning I noticed a nail in the tire so I took that trailer back and grabbed another one. The first trailer tires didn't look like they had a lot of tread on them either. The second trailer had much better tires and preformed very well on my trip and it was cleanSteven C.

Absolutely a joke, took hours, nobody showed up, talked to district mgr twice, then got Pensacola U-Haul, and had storage set up, only to be too small, and had to wait almost 3 hrs for a unit to come clear, they didn't allow any extra miles, on U-Haul truck,, so I was stuck, I only had U-Haul truck to drive!! 123 motorsports was a joke, he said if we didn't like it go somewhere else? Other customer waiting to!! So rude, guy never showed up, had to talk into cell phone guys dad was holding to get processed!!! I had already been switched from lady lake fl, to Leesburg, and I had to pay for a ride there to 123 motorsports!!! So I was trapped!! The location should be staffed during their posted operating hours. I should not have had to wait for over an hour for someone to show up to pick up my reserved truck and that was after calling Uhaul customer service to track down the location owner. I was also told by staff that someone would be there if I returned before their posted closing time but that didn't happen either. I will not rent from this location again and do not recommend this location to anyone else. Uhaul also needs to improve their online system and improve their telephone customer service. One shouldn't have to wait on the phone over 45 minutes to speak to a representative to g he ave a problem resolved.Gerald D.

Waited at the location for 50 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled and then they didn't have the truck I reserved and gave me a larger truck in its place which was extremely inconvenient because I was renting the truck to tow a boat and the extra length of the truck made towing very difficult, more dangerous, and cost me a substantial amount more in gas. No one was there. Turned in truck and dolly a day early during business hours. Called another Uhaul in town and was told to park equipment and put the key and our contract in the drop box. Received a notice from drop site saying it was dropped off after hours and was charged a $21.40 on my credit card. I'm not very pleased and very upset. The trailer had one wheel that was replaced and had a different offset on it. This caused the wheel and tire to stick out further than the rest of the wheels and the fender.Shaun F.
Be more available. Make customer feel like you care about your service. Don't make customer have to wait for you. If you can't then you should, at least, check in with the customer to keep them posted on your progress instead of leaving them dangling/wondering if you're going to show up. You should be first to call them with an update on your whereabouts not the other way around.RHONDA S.

At location the person that waited on us pulled the 5x8 trailer out of the weeds after moving an empty pallet and other "junk" that was in the way to back up and connect the trailer. We had stopped by a week earlier to determine what type of hitch to purchase and the only suggestion was a 2" ball. Well we purchased it and when we arrived it didn't work since the trailer was sitting so low in the rear and the tongue was to elevated for the ball to attach safely. I questioned the connection and the individual on the phone said it should work ok and if it didn't we had insurance to cover if problems arose.Nancy D.
