Angie BNothing. You should eliminate them from your business. It is a liquor store, no parking lot to park. I had top drive around to find a place. The man in the store had such a thick accent that I could barely understand him . He screwed up my bill by overcharging me. I spent almost forty minutes on the phone this morning with a UHAUL representative to rectify the situation, which was not rectified. I was told by the rep that she was contacting the regional manager to have him contact me. That was at 12:25 PM. As of 8:42 PM no one has contacted me and my bill is still not straightened out! I think there is room for much improvement. I only went to Bob's Liquors because I received a text from UHAUL telling me to return the truck there. I would have gone to your UHAUL store on Gillman Street otherwise, which is very professional. I am very sorry that I did not. Please straighten out my bill ASAP!!! Thank you.
