Clean & deodorize the vehicles . The vehicle had a very bad odor inside ! Even after driving all day with the windows down the odor never went away !

U.S. GI’m very unhappy about the monitory aspect of my experience. Online when I booked the Uhaul, I was quoted ~$50. When I picked up the vehicle, I was then quoted ~$85 because the first quote “didn’t include miles, taxes and fees”. And finally when I dropped off the vehicle, I was charged $112, more than double what I was quoted, after even bringing the uhaul back 2 hours early. To add, my pick up location changed 20 minutes before my initial appointment and the new location was way out of the way from my destination, adding extra miles I had to pay for. Not a great customer experience.

Brian MExplain the use/hazard of the back door latch. I didn't know the large metal latch swings down hard to lock. Unfortunately, I had my thumb where it came down and it hit with such force I thought it broke my thumb. Luckily, I think it's just badly bruised.

Eugene FI rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer. When I picked it up, I was expected to lift the Toung. I have a bad back. One of the employees came out and helped me. So, when I returned the trailer, it was the same thing, I was expected to lift it off myself. Fortunately, the employee came out and helped. Even for the 2 of us, it was a strain. U Haul should supply some type of jack.

Doug SPrompt pick up and return. Would highly recommend and will be using them again. Would discourage anyone from using Last Minute Movers. We had booked them days in advance. Come moving day, no call/no show. Had to do the move ourselves. They called and said they'd be available AFTER the truck was due to be returned. Unsatisfactory. Don't use them.

CARLOS OI dealt with four people - two while picking up and two while dropping off. They were all great. I had a smooth transaction overall. One note, you do have to park your personal vehicle across a busy street without any convenient crosswalks. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

lucio mWhen picking up a customer shouldn’t be told the vehicles gas should be between a range but asked to have the vehicle filled to a point with more than it started to meet a requirement and avoid a $30 charge.
Francisco ACheck in attendant made me sweep the vehicle or he was going to issue a cleaning fee. I turned over the vehicle in the exact same condition as it was rented to me.

John MDrop off location was 3rd location I went to which finally accepted the rental. First location refused rental and stated finding another location "Its your problem, not mine". I went to second location, 25 miles away to be refused drop off of rental. 3rd location, 10 miles further finally accepted rental.

Jonathan BBoth locations were great. Very unsatisfied with the communication from Uhaul! The Adam’s street location where I was scheduled to return my trailer was full and did not communicate with us at all. My pick up location changed as well but I received a text letting me know the change. Due to the issues trying to return trailer and having to find an alternative location I actually missed my flight home which caused all kinds of problems.
