Rory CThe facility was easy to locate and get into with a code. The owner was not there to check me in due to a family emergency but I was given instructions on where to park and leave the key. She checked me in later in the day and was polite and professional via texting. She also sent me a receipt via email. For some reason, I received an email from U-Haul later that day (not the owner of the facility), asking why I had not dropped off the truck - which I had already done. In addition, I dropped the truck off at noon on 3/11/24 and the truck was not due until 7:33 AM on 3/12/24. Someone should have read the contract. But the truck did it's job overall.
Paul HWe were contacted in advance to ensure that we knew where the location was and the entry procedures for any after-hours drop off (which we did not end up needing, but we appreciated the proactivity and the flexibility). We were welcomed upon arrival and the staff could not have been more courteous or friendly. The process was quick and seamless. Would recommend this location and will use them again.

Dan SThere are times in our lives when special people cross our paths, and Beth is one of those people. This rental was necessitated by a death in the family, and the resulting residence clean-out. Beth went wayyy above and beyond, and did everything in her power to make this incredibly difficult time that much easier. It’s refreshing (and frustratingly rare) to find a business owner who understands the concept of ‘customer service’. Beth gets it, in spades. If you live anywhere in Northern Dutchess or Southern Columbia, and are in need of U-haul or self-storage services, you’re a fool if you don’t call her. I can’t say it enough…THANK YOU Beth!!!

juan gNothing needs improvement! At this location I have had the very best uhaul experience I have EVER HAD!! Ever! And i have rented from you since the 1990s if not longer!. I keep coming back to 9g Storage. Beth in the office is amazing. Makes check-out and check-in simple. No hassles. Straightforward! So friendly, thorough, accurate, polite, and professional. Because of Beth, I have opted to use 9G instead of transporting something i could have moved in my car. Cannot say enough good things about her customer service!

PHILIPPALLOYD BWhen I arrived at 6 pm the gate was shut and the only place to put the vehicle was in the driveway in front of the gate. 15 minutes later the owner of the storage center? called to yell at me about where I put it and to tell me what I should've done instead - I don't know what the purpose of this conversation was but I don't appreciate being yelled at, and never intend to use this business under any circumstances.
