Wayne NNothing at that location needs improvement clean tidy and easy to find Greeted when we arrived and extremely polite and friendly I have never been to a U-Haul site and been walked to the vehicle and shown the vehicle and then had the mirrors adjusted for me while I was sat in the truck I had issues trying to get online on my return to finish my rental and low and be hold I was helped again by the owner at this site quite clearly nothing is too much for this man I just wish others could be ambassadors for your company like he is. Unlike the deplorable behavior I received from the poyen Arkansas location where I got threatened on the phone for writing a poor review online. To the degree I had to call until to get assistance as he would not stop calling my phone and threatening me if I ever went back to poyen. That site should not be uhaul

Kenneth STim came right over to us almost before I had the truck turned off. He was super-friendly and accommodating. His handheld device was a little slow, and he apologized, but that was a very minor inconvenience, and not his fault. No additional charges were assessed, so everything went as planned.

ANITA MAirport rd location and the rep. was the only good thing about this rental. Original reservation was for a location in hot springs village. If I would not have checked the day before I would have been rejected at that location. Uhaul sent me to another location and there was no truck available there. Went to another location and that was where Tim was able fullfill the reservation. I rent Uhaul trucks probably 20 times a year, I will be more careful who I rent from next time.
STEVEN Mi would suggest getting the GPS fixed for the location. the owner of the location was extremely helpful though. he came in on his day off to help us get our truck

AMANDA FThe guy was completely unprofessional he didnt ask me anything he didnt have any other trucks on the lot at all and he didnt give me my cash deposit back. He claimed they were going to mail me a check but i just moved and didnt even know my new address so i had it mailed to my old one its likely i will never see that check... I asked him if i could just take it somewhere else and he said "well no where else is open and its 40 dollars for an extra day " i told him that wasnt going to work and he just didnt care. He didnt say a word he just looked at me for a minute and then started asking me for my information.. I never showed the guy my license i just told him i was who i was.. It was an uncomfortable experience overall

Cary MI have rented U-Haul trucks many times over the past 30 years and without a doubt the best experience this time. Owner was extreemly nice and worked with me when I had to reschedule several times. If I need another U-Haul, I will certainly go back to the same place.
GREGORY FThe representative was out sick. 6 days later, they still haven't checked the equipment in nor sent my deposit back. this is not professional nor does it comply with my contract rules. I have made 8 calls trying to complete this contract and still nothing. I called the main office and was promised a call from the area manager. hopefully this will be resolved TODAY Russell Brister
Angelia MI needed a pickup to tow a trailer. Two locations with pickups were closed by exception. This was the only facility with a pickup available. When I went to get the truck the owner told me that a hitch was stuck in the receiver. I thought I could get it out so I rented the truck and drove it 1/2 mile to my shop. I attempted to remove the hitch but was not able to. I returned the truck to the dealer with 1 mile on it. He charged me a days rental plus 1.5 gallons of gas when I literally drove 1 mile. Obviously he either sent it out less than fuel, read it incorrectly when I returned it, or pocketed $4.50 in unearned fuel money. I was a UHaul dealer for many years and never would have charged for defective equipment, much less for fuel to go 1 mile.

Margie CMr. Nelson was ready when I arrived to pick up the truck. He finished paperwork in short order, explained what was needed and answered my questions. I was on my way. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He also helped me the day before see about changing from a pickup location wrong for me to his....20 miles vs 2.5 miles. Experience was all good.
Donald WTim is an extremely nice and professional man. He made it a stress free experience. He also has a really nice location. I was in and out in 15 minutes or so. I will use this location as my preferred u-haul location.
Josh PNumber one when I got the truck he said that it only had an eighth of a tank and that if I would put a fourth of a tank back in it he would give me a $10 discount but he did not I've rented trucks before at U-Haul there only 19.95 + 69 a miles I only kept the truck one hour it stunk so bad it made me sick. I have never seen anything that dirty or that filthy or smell like smoke so bad that it made me sick to my stomach. I'm allergic to smoke and I was wearing a mask and it still made me sick a gentleman named James unloaded the truck with my mattress bass I did not get the $10 discount even though I not only did I pay 19.95 for the truck for one hour because I couldn't stand it any longer.. I did stop and put gas in the truck to make it 1/4 of tank even though I only drove the truck 22 miles the gentleman with me confirm he pump the gas and he new how sick it made me I would have used the truck to went and shop for chair but I couldn't stand it I called Mr Nelson this morning he was very hateful didn't want to listen to me but that was okay I rented a truck from y'all out of the Sherwood office weekend before last. at least it was clean I haven't even looked at my receipt for it yet it was around $220 I have rented many U-Hauls over the years but this will be my last when I have to pay $35 for one hour and it made me sick. I've been in business I've been in big business I used to own my own trucking company. But when somebody charges anyone $35 can you drive a piece of crap that stunk so bad for one hour that's just someone who likes to steal. I just met this man James at unloaded my mattress at my apartment complex he'll tell you how bad it was and how I almost couldn't get it back there without throwing up I'm getting into my nice clean car. If U-Haul wants to make me happy they'll return my money and apologize for having to have anyone subject to drive in such a nasty truck Sirius the truck with the patient dumped it needs to be taken out of service it was beat up all over too. You are so lucky I did not have to go to the hospital as a man return to our apartment complex I couldn't even put the base together I was so sick I had to come upstairs take two blood pressure pills and some cholesterol medicine then I had to take a Xanax I was so sick at my stomach I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I'm sure glad the name of my company wasn't on the side of that truck. Some people have no shame when it comes to stealing from people. Plus with this Corona virus outbreak it may be the apocalypse anyway so good people would never treat people this way. I still paid the same for the truck if he hadn't been a shyster trying to get his truck back to a quarter of a level. Please let me know what your intentions are and the outcome of this thank you very much Beverly. I'm writing you this from the bed because I'm so sick I couldn't even get out of bed this morning! I'm so sad I went out of my way to find someone that can rent me a pickup truck
