Was suppose to have a truck from Park and Store and the afternoon before I was scheduled to pick it up, which I reserved weeks ago called and said the people that had it the day before me decided to keep it longer. Which is bullshit.I was suppose to move my family and entire house the next day across the state and had no truck now. Why was my reservation taken away bc someone else screwed up. Secondhand Sam’s was able to get me a truck and saved the day. I greatly appreciated Sam’s help

10000/5 Sam saved our cross country trip Me and my brother broke down by a gas station 2 days before Christmas and with no way to get to get to our destination. Sam drove all the way to pick us up, helped us set up the trailer, and guided us to for all of it (he even gave us a discount). I've never drove a uhaul before but he made sure I had what I needed to know before leaving. He was super kind and without him we probably would have spent Christmas at a gas station. Truly a blessing.

Truck had no A/C - wasn’t told until I came to pick up the truck. I could have made other arrangements if I had been told earlier Truck leaked and ruined furniture. The whole reason I rented this rolling oven was to protect the furniture from rain. Terrible experience, terrible product and terrible customer service

The original location would not take the trailer. They sent me to Secondhand Sams in Jasper, AL. He willingly took the trailer & was very accommodating.
