Including email for this survey I got a total of 8 emails from uhaul. Isn't that a bit too many for 1 rental? I do love the equipment you rent. Well thought out things like tailgate in the trailer I rented had a damper for a softer lowering to the ground. Tailgate/ramp you can see through with the rear view mirrors. Well labeled for safety notes, trailer capacity. The trailer behaved itself and was not bouncing down the road when it was empty.

Paul SpereThis place had great customer service. No complaints. However my reservation prior to this one in Fontana earlier Saturday was given to someone else and my first reservation was made for Friday pick up in Ontario and also got canceled because the trailer was not there. This situation was extremely stressful and ruined a lot of plans had for the weekend. Thank goodness for Route 66 auto repair having a carrier available.

Kevin PartidaThe mileage wasn't correct, we didn't get confirm with staff while we got in the car because we trusted uhaul, so we did not take a photo before we used the truck, but we're pretty sure the MI out showing 4752 instead of 4744, so please make sure you take a photo before you use the vehicle to avoid the same incident. Then you can have the proof for your money. Even it's small money. And I 'm still recommend to use uhaul for hauling, really convince and value.

Michael HolzmanI had a terrible experience here with an irritable and difficult employee who would not listen to my concerns about my low profile car. He attempted to drive my car off the auto transport and only because he didn’t know how to start my electric car was I able to stop him. The manager Rich had to be called in and yet he also made a mistake in positioning my car and I heard metal hitting metal from the auto transport to my vehicle’s under carriage when the difficult employee drove my car off the auto transport. Efren was responsive to my sharing my concerns but the two other men did not handle the situation properly. And the employee who drove the car was so filthy Efren then had to clean the interior of my car.

Andrew KohlThere are several UHAUL locations that I could use in my area that are closer but this place I always choose because the customer service is excellent. The rep is so nice and has a great attitude every time I've been there.
Angelia JeffersonImprovement suggestions: Have the cab light fixed so that there is light in the cab. After dark, we had to use flashlights to look for items before we turned the truck in. This may be connected to the box light which did not work the first day but did the last time we were in it to sweep out the truck. Otherwise, it was functional. Thanks.

Gina GonzalezInitial contact rudely asked why we were trying to park in the lines, and gestured towards a large gouge on the left side of the truck that I had previously documented as being part of the vehicle’s condition upon rental. Had he looked at the stickers labeling the gouge, he would have seen this was previously noted. Second contact on pickup was very polite, helpful, and efficient.

Linda LloydI had movers ready to load trailer for a reservations at 9am from website. Went shop guy at the desk says no my reservations is for 10:15 so I showed him my reservation in my email but I also had a new email changing my reservation time to 10:15 so I came back still no trailer the trailer came in about 10:45. Then the guy said that they close early on sat so I would need to bring back so my day was cut by 2 hours and I will have to rent again this week.
