My daughter reserved a truck the day before. When we went to pick it up they said the system wouldn't release the truck to her. So her friend gave all his info and he was rejected. He has rented your vehicles numerous times with no issues. So I finally got online myself and rented a truck from the same location. We had people waiting for 1and 1/2 hours that were being paid to move her. They also told her she had to go to another location to rent a dolly and moving blankets. When we opened up the truck tere was a dolly and moving blankets. She was able to rent them at the other location with no issues. We lost almost 2 hours of moving help, our time and are completely dissatisfied!

I would recommend maintaining the condition of the trucks. Also, there is a bit of a language barrier. It was really difficult to understand the attendant.

I rented the truck without the dolly because I have my own but there was one in the truck when I got it. I used it to move one item off the truck for the duration of about 2 minutes because someone else was using mine. When I returned the truck I was asked if I used the dolly and I said yes. Without asking any further questions since I hadn't completed any rental agreement for the dolly he charged me the full daily rental rate of $7.00 for the dolly for all 6 days, $42.00.

Guy was rude and kept stopping the checkout process to help other people, I finally had to to tell him we had movers waiting to help and couldn’t wait any longer which he got upset about. The return guy was nice and fast.

When I picked up the truck I was told to return it with !/4 tank of gas. However, the truck I was given only had 1/8 tank of gas. I'm was not sure if it should have been 1/4 full so I went ahead and filled the tank.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with UHaul. In the many, many times I used vehicles, I have never experienced such horrible customer service (took 35 min to pick up and another 40 min to drop off as the worker kept helping other customers in between and then argued with me about the fuel after when the vehicle clearly leaked the fuel out--about 2 gallons). The truck was dirty at the top (not an issue for me though) and they added a feature that I did not want (Safe Move for an additional $15). Upon return, I put $9.22 in fuel, which leaked out all over the floor and quickly called the worker (same guy). He finally came out and said that I still had to put gas and would get charged. I showed him that it leaked and even took a video. He said, it doesn't matter, that I needed to have the truck filled (I told him this is impossible as it clearly leaked). He called his boss and never came outside. I had to go back inside and he said his boss told him I needed to fill it up and it is separate. I told him I would complain to UHaul and have social media assist or reviews. He said ok. I will never go to this location EVER again.

The lady who helped me was not very nice and didn't know what she was doing. On the other hand, the gentleman that answered my call when I wanted to extend the time frame, he was very nice. In fact he noticed that I tried three different trailers to rent. I was relieved when he said that to make up for the poor service this morning, he would give me a little more time with the trailer. I would recommend this gentleman. He was awesome and a great help

U-Haul truck would not shift into gear easily and we filled the gas back up to the starting point (on the Full mark) and when we dropped it back off, we were told we had to "over fill" it or we would be charged additional money. We have used U-Haul numerous times and have never had any issues till this time. I would not recommend going back to this location.

I vowed not to ever use U-Haul again because approximately two years ago they had me drive approximately 50 miles one way to pick up a vehicle that I had reserve approximately 5 miles from my home. Due to no other choice, I had to make that long drive With my daughter to pick up the truck because it was needed. But this time U-Haul kept his word and did not help me drive out of my way to receive the truck I reserved.

DISAPPOINTED...We reserve a truck at Catalina , Oro Valley, AZ over a month ago. Two days before picking up the 28" truck, they said they only have a 20", THEN the day before our pick up they called and they DID NOT have the 20" truck. We scramble to find a 20" truck approx 50 mile from the original location. We were told to call Carlo,s twice and he NEVER called us back. We still would like to have Carlos call us 360-606-5886

The owner at the chevron was VERY rude. She did not know how to work the system I politely asked if I could get a email of the receipt. She said yes I sent it. I don’t know how she would've done that if she never even asked for my email and this was my first time using UHAUL. i will never ever go back to that location again. Other than that the equipment was excellent it got the job done. Thanks !

I know it must get awfully stressful these days and perhaps customers are vicious and hard to deal with, but I don't think it's too much to ask to be heard. Being hung up in the middle of a calm inquiry to my bill is extremely unprofessional and left a sour tast in my mouth. Furthermore, I never got to share the MAJOR mistake that was made on my bill and the promises I was told were never delivered on in regards to how my VERY large bill was going to be handled at the end. I needed to give them a different card and waited for a requested call back but instead one hour later after leaving the store, the FULL amount was put on the wrong card that I was told would NOT be charged. I gave instructions that were completely ignored. Best of luck

Hire someone new to work at the location. The who assisted us was extremely rude and insulting. I was unable to use the phone app to complete the sign-in because the app would not allow me to load my identification. The salesperson was required to manually complete the sign in and did not hide her displeasure. She gave me no instructions whatsoever. Did not accompany me to the vehicle, just pointed to it. Upon returning the vehicle she did not ask for the miles driven or the the odometer reading. I was not told about any gas requirement. The final billing total was not given at the location. She could have at least told me the final charge, since it was wrong. So now I've been dishonestly charged too much and having to deal with the district manager to have it adjusted. When I got the bill it was over twice as much as the original estimate when I reserved the vehicle. I will never use U-Haul again due to this totally unsatisfactory experience.

Equipment needs to be checked thoroughly and made and kept ready for rental. An exhaust blow out on a truck and bad tires on my auto transport made my experience less than pleasurable and cost me time and caused stress. Jay at the location was great and did what he could to remedy the situation and improve my experience.

Checkin had some hiccups, took a long time. Internet wasn’t working well so after trying to check me in for a while, the clerk just ended up using her phone. Took 3 tries to scan my drivers license. Since this location is also a convenience store, the non-U-Haul customers took priority so the check-in process kept getting interrupted.

This location was HORRIBLE. Horrible customer service. When my husband dropped off the U-Haul during business hours nobody was available to complete the drop off process, he was late for work and I had to go later on to drop off the keys. I called to ask for a discount for the inconveniences we experienced due to incompetent employees and was YELLED at over the phone by the manager so bad that I couldn’t even talk and had to hang up because she wasn’t even allowing me to talk. She was yelling that I wanted free money and that it wasn’t a big deal, etc etc. Horrible location, horrible management, do not recommend at all, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a person in management.

The lady uhual representative was nice but when I advised her I was there for a uhual reservation she told the lady customer in front of me in a sarcastic tone “ oh god it’s going to be one of those days” I don’t think she felt comfortable handling uhual customers. This is a chevron gas station and a uhual store. When said that I was ..unpleased. No need for that outburst in front of customers!

My 20' truck had been in a collision prior to me renting it. 13K miles, brand new truck. Steering wheel was sitting at 10 o'clock and the front end was wandering all over the road. It made the 215 mile trip but I would not rent this truck out to anyone until it has been made roadworthy again.

The staff is extremely rude. The lady was talking on the phone with her friend on speaker the whole time she was helping me. When she finally got off the phone she was irritated to even have to help me. She didn't go over any information with me. She told me the truck was outside and to find it. I requested two dolly's, they were not in the truck. When I asked the lady to please help me get them in the truck she said "no, that's your job". When I brought the truck back the lady did not check the truck over with me or anything. She said she was busy and would email me the info later. I ended up being charged for three dolly's, not two, I was charged for safetrip insurance which I didn't ask for and I was charged for gas even though I filled it up 5 minutes before I brought it back. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a uhaul rental. I think the lady was one of the owners so I'm sure their customer service won't get any better.Uhaul was always my go to but after this horrible experience I'll start using a different company. I've been telling everyone I know to stay far away from that uhaul place.

I will never rent from uhaul again as long as this is your requirement, you can see my drivers license and verify it’s me, but I don’t need my drivers license stored in your computer system ! We put 36 miles on the truck. We put in 4 gallons for fuel and uhaul still charged us $9, on top of .89/ mile! We had the uhaul for 5 hours and spent $77! Not the uhaul of the old. Very disappointed .
