GUILLERMO VThis was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. Everything was done virtually and Ryan was able to help me get the keys in Less than 10 minutes. The cargo van was clean and very nice. At the end of my rental I made a mistake in the fuel starting point and the system charged me for fuel even though I had pumped gasoline to where I got it from and Ryan was so helpful and helped me correct the discrepancy! overall great customer service, simple, straightforward and so easy. Will be renting from here again in the future if I need another uHaul!

Hooman Afront desk should be better trained on how to handle customer rentals. front desk insisted I call someone's cell and tell them I was there. Why wouldn't he call him? Was confusing. I am the customer.

Alexander JThis location has Saturdays and Sundays open open for pickups and returns which was very convenient. It is located in the same lot as a gas station that allows you to perfectly return the vehicle with the requested level of gasoline. It is conveniently located very close to Los Angeles Intl. Airport as I did arrived thru it to help my daughter move from apartments.

Larry SThe app glitches so much that it took an hour to get the keys. To check in was not ideal using the app. The overall location and service was great once we got help when the app failed.

Kelli HThe pickup procedure was a little strange. When we arrived at the location (a gas station and car repair shop), the car repair shop staff gave us a phone number we had to call to speak to the U-Haul rental agent. That agent guided us through the online pickup process, and then he hung up with us and called the car repair shop staff to tell them they could give us the keys.

Meritt TWindshield wipers did NOT work on the van. This is extremely unsafe. It started raining and I was driving on the freeway and could not see to drive due to the windshield wipers not working. I feel this is extremely unsafe and can't believe I had to pay $100 to rent a van without working windshield wipers. Someone is going to end up getting in an accident from the wipers not working on that van.

Ron mNot much The truck had what looked like a drink of some sort thrown against it. Probably due to some homeless person so thats not in the business ability to control. Inside was clean and it ran well. Easy to check in and get the key the staff at the station were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again

Sean HHad to call somebody to drop off the key. Not necessarily the most convenient process as opposed to doing in person. Still had to go inside and wait. Online approval process is cumbersome.
