Morning access is almost impossible due to all the employees and vehicles inside

I've used this facility for over five years, including when i lived out of state. The staff at Ponderosa Lock Up was always helpful, courteous, professional and friendly... especially Mary! It's a smaller facility; however, that was a plus for me; If I'm ever in need of another storage unit, I would most definitely go back to them.

This facility is fantastic, from the owner Robert to his staff, everyone is super nice and professional. I would highly recommend Ponderosa to anyone. This is a top notch place.

The storage facility is fine. The frustrating thing is U-Haul stated on their app that the first 30 days would be free. This facility does not honor that. U-Haul needs to get their database updated!

I did not utilize the storage space. UHaul assigned me to a different storage facility. However, the people at Ponderosa were courteous and informative over the phone. I appreciated their helpfulness.

No unit was available and location does not honor first month free as stated on uhaul website. The employee at Ponderosa was very kind and promptly responded to questions I had.

Clean spacious and courteous. I would have stayed if I had the funds to do so. Not expensive I`m just broke.

Unfortunately they aren`t open today nor open by the time Derek drove our truck and small uhaul trailer home to Clovis, Ca. So I`m not sure if we can get the storage because the uhaul trailer is due
