samuel padillaYou can improve by not charging ridiculous fees! $25 to fold up blankets is unprofessional. That’s not a cleaning fee. That’s somebody doing their damn job. A cleaning fee is throwing trash I left, wiping up spills, etc. Which I did none of that. I filled up the tank above the requested and did not get reimbursed for that, which I didn’t expect to anyways. My point, no one explained to me that I need to fold the blankets up or else I would be charged ridiculous fee! If someone would’ve told me to fold the blankets up, I would’ve folded them up and put them in the corner or wherever you guys wanted them.

The stupid process and amount of time it took to get responses from from the people on the app to complete the rental process was assanine. The check engine light was on and the engine sounded rough. I will not rent from uhaul again

brian brunkeThe only issue with the equipment was it had a few small leaks which we did not notice until we reached our destination and all of our belongings at the front of trailer we wet. I mentioned the leak to the customer service representative hopefully the leak will be fixed so no ones else's property gets damaged

Becky TrapassoTruck had trash in it when I got it. And I had to push back my time because they weren’t going to have it ready after I had already reserved a week in advance. They asked me to get the dolly and the blankets… and in the end I was charged $25 for “not folding blankets” No one told me the blankets had to be re folded. I’m upset that I was quoted 1 number then forced to get $14 insurance and also pay a fee of $25 that’s $40 I didn’t account for… not happy and would love someone to reach out 3036416161.
tyler HarveyI initially scheduled a 26ft truck & I was called a day before told none available so I had to take a 20Ft truck, when I scheduled my price was supposed to be $90 cheaper than the 26ft truck ! I was very disappointed w/ the price they charged me & another thing there was no time that I needed to return the truck it just said on Sunday! So why did I get charged an additional $50 I really would want someone to call me to explain
pauline valdiviaThe only thing that I would say to improve on, is to let the customer know where the padlock is on the back of the truck and the key is in the box of the truck so you don’t have to call the corporate number and then look around the parking lot to figure out where lockboxes are for the key.
