The windshield had a large amount of bugs. I had to take time to get it cleaned. Not good!

Robert WHATED THE SELF CHECK-OUT and CHECK-IN. Who travels with a copy of their passport or lease at the time of check-out?! App was confusing and cumbersome to understand. WORSE, I don't like providing my biometric information to anyone (required a selfie and a picture of my drivers license!). How are you going to ensure/protect my information to ensure it isn't stolen/compromised by identity thieves? I had to go though a ridiculous check-in process of taking numerous pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle. Thank goodness it wasn't 100 degrees out or storming!! It was drizzling that day and discovered the wiper blades were badly worn and made driving hazardous. Did I mention I HATED IT! NO! I would not recommend this location unless you want to go through some serous *ss-pain! Doubt I'll see this review posted for others to see and judge for themselves ...

Brian FI should not have had to return the truck to the Maumelle store. I asked to do a one way where it would have been cheaper, but they told me I had to bring the truck back from my out of town location. That added $40 plus to my already expensive rental. If UHaul advertises one way then it should honor that request. It costs me to bring the truck back AND bring my car back so I could pick up my husband from driving the rental! Extra money in gas for both. We will not use U-HAUL again. We will rent from another company next time. (Extra $40+ for U-Haul and double gas cost for my Pilot to follow the U-Haul back to Maumelle from Cabot where we moved to).

AMY JThe only complaint that I have is that the driver side windshield wiper wasnt working at all, like not even functioning/broken. and it was pouring down rain. I put my life in danger as well as everyone else on the road to attempt to drive it back and return it in time to the location safely. this was out of the control of the Uhaul workers and I let them know so they could get it fixed before they rented it out again.

Raul MNext time before you go home make sure all trucks have been assigned like they are supposed to be so when a customer has a rental on a 24/7 he can pick it up when he needs to not an hour later. Sad part is was told they couldn't compensate me any time or discount the truck and I know that's just a bold lie. Jake ar Conway u storage would have made this right. But that's ok won't go to this location to get a truck again.

Rick AI do not mind the location. I’ve rented through U-haul numerous times and no problem with my out of state bank card, “they say prepaid” and I’ve used it every time for all rentals. So not to happy about that. Location was clean but they are a hardware store with extra nothing else. Female employee very rude and dismissive. Will never rent from this site again. And yes enclosed trailer and dropped off on time. So no issues there. Just not happy with the site.

Anthony RThe 20 ft. truck that we rented was in proper working order--no problems. When we placed our order on 6/18/2023, we requested a hand truck and 3 dozen blankets so we could protect our furniture. Whenever we arrived on 8/4/2023, we were told that the facility did NOT have any blankets available to rent. I had called to 8/3/2023 to confirm the reservation and to be sure that the 20 ft truck was available. At that time we were not told about the lack of blankets. We had never encountered this issue with all the previous Uhaul rentals. Be sure to ask if ALL equipment is available for your move.
Charles BThe Maumelle location was fine...however, the original location on 5815 Baseline Road was not. Having to drive over 20 miles to get a truck will not happen again and I will steer as many people away from this location as possible.
