Have seating for customers so they can wait without standing in pain. Paperwork takes time.

The truck has no brakes!!! The store does not honor reservations! They say the gas tank is full upon pick up when it is not!
Marie NApparently someone siphoned the gas before I got the truck and had to buy 11 gallons when I had driven less than 18 miles total. I’m not faulting the U-Haul store people but perhaps SOP ought to be check gas gauge when turning keys to truck renter.

PAUL HI would like to recommend this store to those who need to rent a U-Haul vehicle. The surface was admirable: professional, friendly, I was given very good suggestions for my rental and trip planning. I recommend Ajo U-Haul highly. This is the review I left on Google Maps. I would have given them 10 out of 10 stars but they only do a five-star system.

ALAIN GI reserved the trailer 2 weeks in advance. 2 hours before my pick up time I was told my location did not have my trailer. I was sent to another location 3 hours away and was told that was the nearest location with the trailer I required. There was no way to make it to that location before it closed, and I had to get a hotel room for the night, because I was over 6 hours from home. I was told they would give me another day of renting the trailer for free, however, did not need it for the extra day.

EARL JI had to pay for 5 days even though we only had the trailer for 2 days. It’s pathetic that uhaul does that. But you have us bent over a barrel and can do whatever you want because there are no other options!

Douglas CReturning the equipment was seamless and easy. We were on our way inside, getting ready for signing here and signing there. Then they said we were all set! Didn’t even have to do anything. Received a receipt with all info a short while later. Easy peasy. This is not my grandmother’s UHaul.
Elizabeth PThe people at Kord's had the trailer ready when I arrived, I had to drive 135 miles one way to get the unit as they were in such short supply. U-Haul corporate were also very helpful in locating a trailer in AZ . The entire rental experience was handled very professionally.

robert pThe locations are great, but UHaul is awful to work with. Your system wasn't working at all during pick-up and drop-off and the website/app is a mess. I checked-in -like I was asked to- the day before, but that only slowed down the pick-up process. Then I used the app to return the trailer outside of business hours, but it wasn't working despite my attempts to complete the return on 3 different devices.

Raymundo CI had reserved a cargo van but uhaul called a few days before my move and said the little van was not going to be at my location any longer so I would have to rent the larger 15 foot truck. Cost me more money and was harder to drive. But it all functioned well.

DOUGLAS CDirty truck , equipment wasn’t working, did not do a complete walk around and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee at drop off because of it. I had to drive 2 1/2 hrs to pick this truck up because u haul didn’t have my original truck available I secured two weeks prior.
rick bMake sure the equipment is in working condition, clean truck before next customer picks it up, go through a proper vehicle inspection and check list at time of pick up, relay your customer all fluid levels have been checked and truck is mechanically sound.

GEORGE CI don’t know if it’s small town mentality, it seems customer service in this little town sucks. I walked in they don’t take a minute to say; hey I’ll be right with You, they don’t say anything!
wayne Svehicle 20' van had over 100k miles. Ran great, a/c was exceptional however, both passenger and drivers doors were very hard to seal. The roll up door in the storage compartment went all the way up and refused to come down. Had to use a pry bar to close it. Great truck and no mechanical problems even though it was over 103 degrees.

CARL TOn top of it out of the four trailers they had on the lot this was the worst one very old lot of hitch slab rough and very small door opening. I’ve use this size trailer on several other occasions and never bumped my head even bending over but not this time. Very disappointed.
Lairie LNot overcharge people twice when trying to pay for 24/7 pick-up. Tried to get customer service assistance and they were rude and only kept transferring me. Worst experience ever!

Carylee KDrop-off location was excellent. I kept the trailer an extra 2 days since I was delayed by having to let it air out. Staff was very helpful since U-Haul was going to report it stolen even though I checked in with the drop off location. Kord's solved the issue and helped me unhook the trailer. Extremely satisfied with Kord's!!
Lannette PWe recieved a trailer that looks to not have been maintained in a while. After driving 1 hour, the right back rear tire blew out. Luckily we were near a UHAUL center (within 4 miles) and creeped off of the freeway and onto sideroads at 10 mph. Upon inspection by the GM at UHAUL of Buckeye (Citrus Rd), he determined that all of the tires needed to be replaced, poor maintenance supervision on this trailer. We contacted UHAUL service and left trailer and it was fixed. However, this means we lost about 1 hour of our time with our errands. I am not sure if a partial refund is possible, but it would be nice to get some credit for the hassle. Thank you,
