In & out..quick n easy… ;)

Location was basically a dirt lot with ratty looking trailers that was in an out of the way location but luckily was by a freeway. I ordered a dolly and discovered that it was not in the truck when I picked up and was charged $75 extra for this mistake and when I returned the truck I spent 40 minutes trying to figure it out with the dealer, again more unneeded stress if people were doing their jobs. I am waiting for the refund.

The cab and back were dirty. The driver door was hard to close and the lock was hard to use. And they forgot my equipment.

Pick up time was 8:00 and no one was there till 9:00 and said I was good to go then 30min of me driving I was told to come back because they forgot to do a few documents and stated I was steeling it after the fact saying I was good to go. Would not recommend!

It's so far out there. It's good if you lived in that side but we have to drive all the way that side just to pick up a truck.

We decided to do a uhaul pick up through this location. Our past experiences with uhaul employees, well most came of rude and grumpy. Long wait times were also a problem. We reserved the truck online and had minimal human contact. The man who helped us @ this location was not a uhaul employee and was fast and polite. We kept having to extend our uhaul use and it was made very easy to do so.

All the trucks were dirty at pick up. We originally didn't pick that location. We We arrived at the location we picked there wasn't a truck available to rent even though I called to confirm my reservation earlier that day. After waiting on hold for a customer representative because it was after hours only to be told we had to drive 10 miles away to a new location. Not only did we have to add extra miles to get the truck, that we had to pay for, but we also had to postpone our move till the next day when we had no help because they could only help the night before. The truck died constantly on the road while driving. I am planning a move to Oklahoma in a couple of month and I will not be using uhaul and your broken down high priced equipment. I know these comments don't matter to you as a company but according to the moving from California pages I belong to on Facebook, a lot of people feel the same way and would use anyone else but you for long distance moving. We all actually want our belongings to get their and if you can't handle in town moving you should stop offering long distance moving. I work at a mini storage that has a lot of locations and we are telling everyone that there are other options than uhaul.

The first location I had a reservation at said that they equipment was not returned and moved me to a second location on the other side of town. I got to the second location and they said that they did not have it either and sent me to a third location which luckily did have it. Karan at GTC Logistics was very helpful and professional. The person at the second location on Parkway and 99 was NOT helpful or professional. He told me "life isn't perfect" after telling me the van was not available. In my position, doing my part making the reservation, needing to get out of my current house, all of my help showing up that day, and for a moment there not having a truck and being shrugged at and told that "life isn't perfect", that's a joke and he should definitely be reprimanded.
