Monique JUpon receiving the truck, it was already half empty. When we brought back the vehicle, we had driven a max of 50 miles and added $20 worth of gas. However, upon return, the clerk gave us a hard time about gas fees and imposed additional charges. Despite him saying he would give us a discount that would have made the total $50 instead of $100, after applying the discount and realizing the total, he told us"I can't just charge you $50." and tacked on unnecessary fees and charged us $100. This experience was frustrating, especially considering we had taken a photo of the gas tank upon pickup, filled up beyond our usage before returning, and still ended up being charged fees.

Steven SAt pickup staff was ready and had to wait for the phone call from UHaul letting them know I had used the app. At return gentleman noticed the van at the gas pump and _came_out_ to check me back in while still putting gas in. I’ve rented at many places and this is the first time I’ve had that level of service. Very highly recommended and my new preferred go to in the future. Honestly, the UHaul app is too much effort. I’ll just talk to the staff instead.
Sean PWell the experience was with real bad when I had to call for support.1st of all they said that there was no key for my rental.They were no help to help me after I told them I was stuck there with no ride and place to stay that I was basically in trouble cause didn't know my way around.And that my ride had left.all they said that they can find me other location or to come back next day.i was so mad and distressed and didn't know what to do.very disapointed with the lack of help.with customer support.i was put on hold for 20 minutes and nerve heard from them.So with no ride and place to stay I went to the gas station and asked the lady what happened.and told her if she knew anyone that could help me.She was very helpful and gave me a number to call.i thought it was for a ride but she gave me the number of the uhale person that was able to help me and she got me the key for my rental.while customer support told me that there was no key.While the key was there.

Elaine EStaff was unaware of the uhaul process and had to call the owner. Parked under tree so The truck was so dirty outside I had to wash it to see out of the windshield. Left over cigarettes in the driver door. My bed got super dirty even in wrapping because back was not clean at all.
Shawna RI was maybe ten minutes away from this U-haul depot, actively driving and I was able to book over the phone and check in with the phone app. Kudos to U-Haul as a company for making it so easy. At arrival I spent probably less than 5 minutes confirming who I was with the clerk and I had my keys. Interaction was friendly and I can't stress how convenient it is to have a pickup spot be a convenient store. I was able to get snacks and beverages for the task at hand right then and there. The vehicle was clean and in excellent working order. The van was a new model and versatile. The real gem of this experience was returning the van and having to meet the owner. He was kind, was happy to provide a service and very accommodating. It was a pleasant experience and a better one that I've had at most real U-Haul locations. As I mentioned earlier it is most convenient that it is a gas station as you don't have to think about where you're going to fuel up or if you'll pay the surcharge for not having it at the appropriate level. So convenient! I came here for business but if it ever takes me here and I need to rent a uhaul I will be sure to make my way to their location to help an honest, hard working, american small business owner.

Anita SEmployee could not provide access to keys without manager approval, manager did not answer calls or return calls for 40 minutes making us wait there to only confirm my emergency contact.
Cassidy Dleft signal was broken, windshield was absolutely dirty and dusty from previous use, smelled like farm animals inside. besides the cleanliness it was an excellent van besides the signal being broken.

LEON CI went to pick up the truck and the person at the register had to call somebody on the phone and I talk to them on the phone got the truck and then I brought it back and I said I didn’t have to do else then they try to charge my card multiple times finally after a week it was resolved, and the appropriate amount was charged.
Heide JYour receipt that was emailed me is "GIF" format. It is illegible. Business receipt are normally "PDF" format. It is legible.
Neal MInterior of the truck was filthy. Used tissue on the floor between the seats and dirt under the seats as well. The Check Engine light was on.

Sheila SCharges were ridiculously high. I was told I would only pay $80 and I wasn’t very comfortable with it and no one was explaining the pricing. I thought the rate was 19.99 and then about $60 was added on top. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was charged an extra $20 at the end. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that she was just going to put my mileage at 50 and not 60 and I was still charged for 66 miles. I wasn’t satisfied with the pricing but it had to get paid so I paid it. Everything else was good.

Steve JThe truck I received was pretty beat up. The seat wouldn’t adjust, had to get assistant from the guy at register to unjam so it can rolled forward or back. Two other safety issues about the truck when I drove off the lot, passenger side mirror didnt stay in place causing the blind spot from vehicles coming from my behind on the right hand side, another thing was the hing on the passenger side door (something faulty) as it would suddenly become loose after going over some bumps or gravel driveway (repeatedly shut the passenger side door hard to keep it from happening but nothing helped). I have rented plenty of time from uhaul before and by far this was the worst Truck I rec’d and felt endangered to my self and other driving it.

Md HPeople were friendly. Truck had broken plastic in the storage area, and leftover food debris in the driver's area. Not too bad really, but it hadn't been swept out. The truck got me where I was going, but it ran rough, with hesitation while accelerating.
Willard BU-haul sent my reservation to the wrong nearby location. There was only one person working here so it was hard for him to help me.

Nickolas RThis place over charged me. I rented a cargo van and when I returned the van I filled up the tank with gas. I even filled it up with more gas than I received it. They still charged me for gas. I called to ask about it and the guy who answered said the computer generates the prices merry Christmas and happy holidays and then basically hung up on me. 0 out of 10 when it comes to customer service. That’s what I get for renting a uhaul from a gas station.

Leslie JHonestly the people here seemed uninterested in wanting to do uhaul. They were way too busy doing their fuel & convenience store duties. They were helpful, but it took way longer and was very confusing to them where equipment & truck was on their property. Wouldn’t recommend them and would suggest going to a different uhaul location.

Mike Hlove the location as every truck is full of gas so there is no guessing what 3/8 of a tank is. Centrally located to the main freeways in SD.
Marc CStore attendant was no help and rude. He called his manager and had to do the whole process over the phone. Manager was courteous, but still took a long time to do the check in. They didn't have the furniture dolly I requested, so I had to go rent it somewhere else.

Jacob SVan was very dirty yet I still got charged for a cleaning fee. Returned van at reasonable time maybe around 4 or 5?) yet still got after hours service fee. Seems silly but I'll just go to a regular U-Haul next time with an actual worker to hand me the keys instead of a gas station attendant that has to use my phone to talk to the rental people.
