Leave a vehicle with a working battery. I had to call roadside assistance twice , I lost a lot of time and it was very stressful and disappointing

Customer service was terrible. I arrived a little before nine, completed paperwork, waited 45 minutes for them to "find" the trailer. Very rude to most customers while I waited. The young lady was completely rude to everyone. I would not recommend this pick up spot to anyone.

I thought I would need a few extra days I was charged $20 per day used 1 extra day and they charge the extra 2 days I didn't use. The cost of a 5x8 trailer was as much as a Toyota 4Runner, way over priced.

Service trucks often. The truck I rented had alignment issues and the traction indicator was on continually. I reported the issues when I returned the truck No one appeared to be concerned.

My only disappointment with this rental was no ramp. There were things I couldn't transport because I couldn't do it without a ramp. Other than that , I have no complaints, and would rent from them again. Something with a ramp.

Three of the four tires were bald or near bald with very little tread on all 4. One tire had the cords showing. The trailer got the job done, but I was a little leery of the tires.

I reserved a pickup time for 8:30 am and it was changed to 9:00 am, no one notified me of the change. Courtesy Inn did not have their hours posted. Supposedly they open at 9:00 am, but the employee was late.

Manny took exceptional care of my transaction. He was taking care of & answering questions for another customer. I had to wait longer than I liked but he provided me with the same attention to detail when it was my turn, answered all questions & was very kind.

Hydraulic breaks started smoking and locked up. U haul had to be replaced and reloaded about about halfway through the trip. I will say that we were treated very well. They hired movers to transfer from one U haul to the other and put us up in a very nice motel. Also, said they would pay for dinner and breakfast the next day. We lost one day of traveling . When I arrived I was ignored. Then after about 5 minutes I was asked what are you here for. I replied I have a reservation for a trailer. I gave the lady at the counter my name and a man went out with my son to hook up the trailer. my son was hooked up and ready to go. And I was left standing at the counter. She then went outside to re-park a vehicle and ignored me. There was no other customers and It still took me over 30 minutes to pick up a trailer with a reservation. When I returned the trailer no one even bothered to came out and assist me with parking it or unhooking it

I was only in the uhaul or 5 min and went 1 mile before getting a call that I didn’t need it. Employee stated he couldn’t refund the cost or even give a discount! Total rip off and will not recommend uhaul at all as it started it’s a company thing and he had no control. Total BS & bad customer experience

When a truck is taken out, the receipt should not be made UNTIL the truck is picked up. The Mgr gave us 1 extra day because he wanted us to take a 20ft truck rather than a 15ft truck, since we were doing a 1-way rental. So we took the truck 1 day earlier than wanted. The return location, insisted that we owed $$ for the extra day& that location charged my card & reprinted the receipt, deleting the comment that the truck was due by 7pm .
