The U-haul app didn't work. Couldn't find my location. Had to call customer service, then get transferred to someone who said to use the browser instead. Then when I dropped the truck off some lady was squawking at my to drop the keys in the box like I'm, some moron who can't read simple instructions. She was probably the owner, but jeez, mind your business Karen.

Daniel KutschiedThe first thing I have to say is that the app was terrible when I went to pick up the truck on the first day on Thursday the 14th I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone or use the app to get the keys, and on Monday the 18th I was there at 7 Am and could use the app either, the account even wasn't there so I call and I talk to 3 different people, I was there for almost 3 hours till one of the ladies in customer service fix that but really, the app is absolutely worthless, takes forever to upload the pics so I was on the phone and on the app at the same time, 3 hours to pick it up and 1 1/2 hour to return and I took a pic of the site where I left the truck and I finish at home, it was really upsetting and was cold outside trying to do all that so, yeah, I had a bad experience, also I'm getting charge $25 for cleaning and the truck wasn't clean when I pick it up I took a pick of it, I return it clean or better than what it was when I pick it up, so that's why you are getting a bad review, sorry but that's what it is.

Ronald SmithDropped off at this location 2 days after rental, (Rented on Saturday, returned on Monday). Spoke to a lady there that said I was "good to go". 2.5 weeks later corporate is calling me wanting to know when I was going to return the unit?!? I explained the situation and gave them all the details. Corporate said they would take care of it... 3.5 weeks after rental corporate is calling me again asking questions about the unit and if I still had it?!? I explained it to them again. I also expressed my concern that this was the second call weeks after I returned the unit. They assured me that I was not going to be charged anything "extra" for fees or a lost unit. I did receive an email later that same day with a receipt attached showing a $0.00 balance. Just concerning that I was called twice, weeks after returning because U-Haul apparently couldn't get there internal communications correct. Jason
