I rented a truck on march 13, 2024, I used it for 3 hours and put 81km's on the unit. based on the rates I was quoted and shown on my rental agreement the total cost should have been $87.40. I put 81km's on the unit @ $0.59 which came to 47.29, the rate was $19.95 per day and I purchased $16.00 insurance. The total came to $83.24 plus 5% gst for a total of $87.40. I was charged $132.30. I argued with the employee at Express Rentals for half an hour and Taylor could not explain the charges. he contacted U-Haul and they could not explain the fee's, yet I was still overcharged. Even the contract I was sent for an estimated distance of 100km only came to $94.95. I have not received a proper invoice with the amount that U-haul actually billed my credit card. I will never use U-Haul again.

Terry KProvided the vehicle to us dirty, verbally said there were scratches already claimed on it, and then proceeded to blame us for a scratch and charged the card without permission for damage already on the vehicle. Taylor claims he is "1000% positive because this truck is brand new" the scratch wasn't there and it was our fault and changed his story on what scratches were already claimed saying he told me there was tape on them when he said the opposite in our conversation. Don't rent from this location they're out for money for damage that is probably caused by the staff when they "inspect" the vehicle.
Kristen DGreat staff and the customer service was great they were very helpful when it came to Explaining the paper work and making it so I didn't have to wait long definitely wouldn't rent else where and would hope everyone else would rent from this location

ANTONIO SHonestly, I’m not sure how the drop off, which was a self drop off, could be any easier I didn’t go through the what seemed like a very simple online process myself because of my own circumstances, and being the coldest day of the year, the $20 charge was well worth the convenience of just drop and go. Although there were extra charges, I was charged less than it should have been. Highly recommend U Haul

Francisco JHave vehicles ready for customers and be more respectful when customers bring up concerns. It’s disrespectful to tell a customer that they are lieing because you weren’t there and using your experiences as evidence to disprove theirs is just ridiculous. These manger needs to learn what’s management.
