Don’t send customer to another city to pick up a tow dolly, esp. when they weren’t told beforehand. Don’t forget to include the furniture pads that were ordered. Don’t be reluctant to give them the last dolly, esp. when they ordered two. Make sure things like wiper blades actually work and there is wiper fluid.

I was very impressed with the pick-up and drop-off process. Was able to easily complete the reservation online. Arrived to pick-up the truck and Aaron helped walk me through the steps remotely. Truck operated as expected. No problems. Returned the truck with quick and easy check-out.

Make sure pickup info is clearly described. Can't pay cash. Can only use one card to pay. Truck drove very rough. Sticker in truck says return with 1/8th tank but you guys sneak in 3/8th in the contract(this is very shady). Even though I selected pick up in person I still had to do it over the phone. This was the absolute worst rental of any kind i have ever had and will never use uhaul of any kind again.

The biggest problem is that the facility is very difficult to see from a busy road. I drove by twice before identifying something which actually had the U-haul name on it way back from the road and between other businesses. The signage is the major problem. Otherwise service was good and drop off relatively easy.

This was a gated yard with no one on site. I got into the yard because someone using the storage part of the facility had punched in their code. I couldn’t make the turn with the trailer and had to unhitch and pull the trailer with the dolly, which had a flat tire. I couldn’t pull it to the front of the yard where the rest of the Uhaul equipment was, so I had to leave it at the side of the yard. Now I was locked in the yard with no code and had to climb over the fence, only to remember that I hadn’t taken pictures or put the contract into the key return. Had to climb back over the fence for that. This facility was very poor. Did I say that strongly enough? Not by a long shot. I even tried to call them, but I only got a recording. These folks should not be representing Uhaul. I just hope this doesn’t come back on me at all. I did my part, I believe, as best as I could. Terrible experience with this drop off location!!!

Guy working there was very pleasant and efficient. Was hooked up and on my way in minutes. He gave me a gate code so that I could drop off the trailer after hours. Super convenient. Very easy experience. Equipment was in excellent shape and worked great.
Cons:
Only con is that the parking lot was full of large mud puddles. Had to be careful how to backed in the trailer on return so that I wouldn't step out into a mud bath :-)

We were originally told to return equipment to 208 s main st. Longmont co 80501 via text. That was just a small parking lot and there was nowhere to return truck to. We also had the 26” truck and a trailer so that was very unfortunate to have to try to get in and out of a downtown small parking lot which clearly was not a correct address. We have had nothing but bad experiences with Uhaul every time we have dealt with them. This will be our last.

1. My unit was clean. The outside aisles were often had lots of ruts and craters in the dirt, and had no drainage in the rain or snow.
2. The area seemed secure. I didn’t enter at night so I don’t know about the lights.
3. There didn’t seem to be anyone there for a lot of the times I was there. To be fair, I didn’t drop by very often.
4. The gentlemen I had spoken to were helpful. I think Aaron was the gentleman I’ve spoken to lately and he was friendly. I spoke to a woman after I rented a truck for May, and she was abrupt. I told her that the lock would not close to lock on the back lock. She was curt and showed no customer service skills. It was her behavior that got me thinking it was time to leave. I’d been with you people for 4-5 yrs and I didn’t need to allow myself to be treated like that.
5. I don’t know if I would recommend your facility. The unit was kept free of animals, spiders and bugs. The aisles were not kept in good shape. They looked like they never got leveled off. And the woman who works there could use a lesson in courtesy. The last thing I needed, after moving all day, was her telling me I didn’t deserve money off for having to buy a lock at 10pm the night before. She showed no consideration or good service skills.

I rented this unit for a little over a year, never had an issue. Drive up and easy to access and the rent was super cheap, I called everywhere in Longmont and they seem the best price in town. I also never got a rate increased in the whole time I was here.
